Part 53 - My Back!

I was currently cramped up living in some shitty apartment near SHIELD headquarters. I had learned their routines, patterns, shift workers.

It was finally the day, I had everything ready. I was suited and ready to go. I was dressed in SHIELD guard uniform to go undetected, the first section they had a group check. I was swapping places with Eve, she wasn't HYDRA however was Red Room. That was unexpected...

I gather in the group and we walk in the second part was identification, which I had managed to avoid taking control of the guards mind.

I steer off from the group who were all SHILED apart from one who I had made sure wouldn't do anything if things kicked off. Not that it mattered much given how many of them there were.

I find the office with the vent I needed to get to the floor I wanted. High security and too many guards.

I climb up straining 'how the fuck does Clint do this all the time?...' I breath out climbing in

I follow through the tunnel to the office I needed, I lay above the table seeing all of them get seated. Alexander looked like a guy I would punch just because...

I activate the device and try draw in on him.

Alexander's mind
I stand in a Hydra room... the room. I see the chair sitting there. He walks in.

'Good afternoon Miss y/ln... will you be joining this meeting?'

I furrow my brows 'what is this?...'

'Oh well we gathered you would turn up eventually... we found Fury and Maria and also someone's phone with them...'

I look at him blankly 'and so you knew I was with them? Don't see how that has anything to do with this whole conversation right now...'

He smirks walking closer 'well... we have been within SHIELD for a while... including when you had died. A team was sent to gather any samples possible on your death site and they found some blood... some scientists managed to create a blocker....not completely but enough...'

'So this is your solution? A temporary blocker? You really think that would stop me?'

He laughs 'oh no, I know it won't but given we couldn't wipe you in body form, why don't we try whilst your mind is being pushed?...'

I look at him wide eyed, he pushes towards me knocking me into the arm of the chair I grip his throat pushing him to the floor.

My limbs felt tired, I felt like I was loosing concentration. I'm pushed out of his head and am dragged out of the vent falling straight onto the table.

'Ahh my back!' I groan

He stands above me, I hear guards enter the room. 'Tut tut y/n... should've held on longer. Would have made this much easier if you had...'

I kick him straight in the face making him fly back. I search the room for every agent who was HYDRA and to no surprise it was all of them.

I stand arching my back, this was gonna hurt...

Loki's POV
'Emergency meeting' FRIDAY calls

I make my way through with Thor seeing Tony already getting in a suit. Everyone else begins to appear.

'Get your stuff, we need to go now. I'll explain on the way..' he states rashed

We all gather on the quinjet

'Stark what is this for? We need a briefing' Steve states

'Y/n... she wasn't clearing her head. She's been working with Fury by the sounds...'

'He's been off call for...' Nat goes to say

'5 weeks? Yeah who else disappeared the same time?'

'Wait what have they been up to?' Bucky asks

'By the looks taking down SHIELD...'

'Sorry she lied?' Wanda asks

Tony nods 'I'm as annoyed as you however she activated the device showing me this all... she wouldn't show unless there was reason'

'You think she had this planned? That we come in when needed?' Nat asks

He nods 'SHIELD has been infiltrated... the tower is monitored if she had told us in any way this would have been blown, the device hasn't been put on the books. It was a safe option...'

I stand there this was her explanation, this is why the letter didn't seem right because it was a cover.

'Well the sense of urgency hasn't came to light yet... care to explain?' I ask

'Well it's only her... fury and Maria have been caught, it seems she may have been on her own for a little while...'

'What was last shown?' Thor asks

He smiles 'her beating there ass's... but she's taken some pretty huge blows too... which is why we are going to help, I think the plan was always to show us when it kicked off she was showing SHIELD and Hydra agents. She's documenting who we go after...'

'That's why fury took her? Because she can determine who is who...' Nat places together

'We're here... she's manage to separate the good to the bottom floor, so ignore them and make your ways up to her immediately. Nat and Clint your on eye patch and goody two shoes duty. Figure out where they are'
