Part 66 - No Attitude

The first night in a long time I had slept without any bad dreams, without any memories rising. I feel Lokis arms wrapped around my waist his hands on my stomach.

I turn around and I'm greeted by the man I loved, fast asleep his hair a mess. I smile at the sight, his beauty was truly of the gods... how did a man like this love me?

'I can feel you staring...' he says groggily

I smile brushing the hair from his face 'hard not to..'

He smirks and pulls me on top of him, I straddle his waist sitting up and smile at him.

He smiles in return and flips onto me 'I should be the one admiring you...' he says

'Think you did plenty of that on Asgard...' I say smiling wide

'Not near enough...' he says planting a kiss on my forehead

'Can we stay here?..' I ask pouting

'No darling, you need to go eat first off and then apologise to Tony..'

I look at him mad 'you can't be serious?'

He hums 'I hear breakfast is the most important meal of the day...'

I frown 'no about Tony...'

'Oh, yeah deadly. Don't loose a friendship over an argument...'

I roll my eyes 'fine...'

We sit down at the table and begin to eat.

'You training today y/n?' Bucky asks

I nod 'yep.. I will be'

'Not until she speaks to Tony' Loki chimes

I look at him annoyed 'really?'

'Yes, you're not getting out of it that easy...'

'Y/n stop being stubborn...' Sam says walking in

I roll my eyes 'really birdie? You to?'

He nods 'yep, your both massive grumps when your annoyed'

I sigh 'you know what fine, I'll do it'

Tony walks in.

'Perfect timing!' Loki chimes

'For fucks sake...' I say under my breath

I walk over to him 'can we talk?'

'Wasn't aware we were talking? Thought you were busy just glaring and leaving to another place again just this time to another planet!'

I roll my eyes 'right... forgot what a complete ass you could be...' I grab him by the ear and pull him into the hallway

'Ow ow ow! Y/n!'

I let go and stare at him 'don't y/n me! You pissed me off ok!?'

'Not ok and you pissed me off, I thought we were closer than what you showed! You made no effort to even try talking! Just deny deny deny!'

'Because I don't want to talk about it! Look I didn't come to argue... I'm- I'm sorry ok?'

He raises a brow 'say that again... without the attitude'

I roll my eyes 'hey no attitude!'

'Fine! Fine... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to push you away... but Tony you hurt me, taking me off the team to force me into talking was wrong. You took the only distraction left away from me'

He nods sighing 'look I'm sorry... your right but y/n please recognise that you need to look after your health. You were getting careless on missions, not sleeping, not eating.'

I nod 'I'm sorry, just with this 'power' it's overwhelming sometimes... especially trauma..'

He nods 'whenever your ready I'm here... whether you like it or not'

I smile giving him a hug 'thank you tones...'

'Always...'

I walk back into the dining room 'see?... now I'm gonna train! Buck?'

'Yes! Let's go!'

'Something different today... no warm up straight into fight...'

I nod 'and what will this achieve?'

'Hopefully a load of anger into something good'

I shake my head 'something good like a broken nose?'

'Hey hey doll... that's hurtful'

I smile 'let's go!'

We both use a lot of force and power against eachother, it was probably the longest 1 v 1 ever. We were both getting sloppy with our jabs.

'Stop!' Capsule yells from the side

We both hold our hands up breathing heavy.

'What in gods name are you both doing?'

'Fighting, blowing off some steam... list goes on capsule...' I say

He shakes his head 'youve both been at it for 45 minutes... stop before one of you dies of exhaustion...'

'Bit dramatic...' I say

'Buck I mean it.' He says sternly

Bucky nods and Steve turns away, I grin at Bucky who was shaking his head profusely. I jump onto the captain wrapping my legs around his neck, he grabs hold of my body and pulls me to the floor where I land hard.

I groan 'ok... I'll stop'

He nods smiling 'nice try, 10/10 effort...' he says walking out.

'Ooo darling that wasn't a good move... very mischievous of you however...' Loki says walking in

I groan sitting up 'you wait buck, I'm getting you and the captain...'

He nods laughing 'sure doll... until next time'

Loki helps me up 'darling maybe next time attack when you aren't half asleep...'

I nod 'noted...'
