Who's Lillian?

Ally's p.o.v

I woke up at about 4am. Austin was fast asleep...of course. I quietly got out of bed and turned on Austin's desk light. His light wasn't so bright that he could wake up but it was bright enough for me to see. I looked for the textbook again and turned to the page with the number in. 

I found it! I looked through all my contacts but none of them matched the mysterious number on the note. It's bugging me so much. Then  I turned on his laptop. A few weeks ago, Austin said I could use his laptop as much as I want, because mine was slow.

I typed in the number and looked at who came up. 'Lillian Groves.' Who's she? I clicked on the web page. It came up with multiple stories about this girl, then it came up with a news story. 

The 16-year-old model Lillian Groves has found a new man!

Lillian Groves was pictured with new boyfriend Austin Moon. Who is this Austin? Here, she is pictured with him and they look like they are drinking and kissing in a nearby club. Underage drinking has caused her to lose her job and they both have been taken to a police station to be questioned. 

The more I read on, the worse the story got. I couldn't believe this! Were they talking about my Austin? Why did he have her number?  Why was he drinking? What happened after they got questioned? One thousand thoughts were springing into my mind. I have to ask Austin about all of this!

I woke up Austin a few minutes after I'd printed the news story off. I shook his arm.

"What?" He groaned. I held up the paper and he stared at it for a few seconds then frowned. "Where did you get that?" He asked, suddenly irritated.

"I found it. Who is Lillian and why are you drinking illegally?" I ask as he sat up.

"Look at the date of it, that was when I was 15, and it wasn't illegally, it was underage. Now can I please go back to sleep?" He asked. He was being blunt on purpose.

"No! And underage is illegal! Why didn't you tell me about this?" I demanded. I have to know.

"Because it's not that important. I haven't spoken to her for years!" his voice was getting louder.

"Then why is her number hidden in your book?!" I snapped.

"Because she wants to get back with me!" He shouted.

I almost gasped. "And do you want to?" I said in almost a whisper. Tears welled up inside of me. Of course Austin would leave me for some model.

He sighed then got up and faced me. I was afraid that he was going to slap me or something. But then he hugged me tight. "Ally, I would never leave you. I admit, I have made some stupid decisions in the past but I have changed. I promise." We pulled away and he looked into my eyes. I could tell he wasn't lying.

"I'm just upset, I know there are things you haven't told me but I've told you everything. Like you still haven't told me about what happened between you and Kira." I looked at the floor, a tear escaped my eyes.

"The whole Kira thing is for work. I'll tell you about it when the time is right. I want to make it special. Okay? I promise I'm not cheating on you." He said with a slanted smile.

"Alright, I'm sorry for shouting at you." I said before he said sorry too. Then he kissed me goodnight and we both went back to bed.
