PS: As much as George drove me nuts and I hated that he played the "nice guy" card, I always cry with these next few episodes!!!! Poor Georgie!!!!! I played with the idea of him joining the army and just fading away....but I feel like his death played a big part in the first part of season 6....and please don't hate me!!!!
Oh quick question: do you think Eddie would name a baby after George? Or maybe it is part of it, I have an idea about making it connected to Mark and Eddie. I think a little girl name Georgie would be cute...but I've been crying as I rewatched this episode a few times as I prepped to write this chapter!

Bailey walked into Izzie's room to see Jameson, Eddie, Alex, Meredith, Cristina, and George were fast asleep, sleeping on various chairs they had dragged in, around Izzie's bed. Waiting and hoping Izzie would wake up after a dangerous surgery.
She knew all of them wanted to see if she was okay...that she would make it through.
She inadvertently woke them up as she went to check on Izzie's vitals.
