A few days after Derek had told them that Webber was out and Derek was in. Things at Seattle Grace Mercy West were tense. Everyone was worried about their jobs and the standing of the hospital. Or what in the world was going on.
Things had already been shaken when Seattle Grace and Mercy West merged together and there had been massive firings and layoffs.
What would come from this?
Everyone was confused and in the dark about what was going on. The only thing they knew was that Derek was instilled as interim chief, and his first day was going to be today.
Eddie Sousa and Mark Sloan were getting ready for their day in their bedroom. Eddie was worried, not because Derek was now the interim chief, but because all these changes left things in a weird grey unknown area that made her nervous.
