40 Years Later:
An old Meredith was taking out chicken from a microwave and noticed Cristina, who was also old, eating cereal straight out of the box.
The two elderly women now lived together in the frat house. Izzie had moved out to live with Jameson, after they married, though their marriage didn't last long after and she moved to somewhere in the midwest when she started her fellowship in some podunk town in the middle of nowhere.
