AN: Welcome to another chapter of Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This). I hope you loved the last chapter! I am so excited to show you what is coming in season 8!!!!!

I tried my best to add Eddie into this episode, she isn't really on cases-she is mentioned to be on some of them. I also changed a lot of things to fit my Sweet Dreams Universe! The next chapter we get to see Catherine Avery, and you get to see Eddie participate more. Sorry I didn't make it case forward, but I am thinking you'll love the more family part that Eddie is focused on.

Timeline: Mid-September (4 weeks after previous episode)

Eddie's pregnancy timeline: 6 weeks pregnant

There was many things Eddie Sousa loved about being pregnant, but morning sickness was not one of them.

This pregnancy unlike Frankie's was kicking her ass. She never felt nauseous all day, and she was rushing to the bathroom to show up every hour on the hour.

How people hadn't figured out she was pregnant yet, she wasn't sure. She must be better at hiding it than she thought. Or maybe the hospital seemed to be busier than usual. Also, there was just the regular drama of working at Seattle Grace Mercy West.

And, at home things were chaotic. Lia started school and was raising her son, while also helping out her and Mark. And, she and Mark were busy with their girls and helping take care of Zola. Which also included random visits from her case worker.

Lia had mentioned it, but assumed it was from the daycare, the kids were always picking up and giving them something.

"You okay sweetheart?" Mark asked his wife concerned, as he watched her sit on their bathroom floor, with a bowl of frozen white grapes.

"Just extremely nauseous." Eddie muttered. "Every time I attempt to get up fast I feel like I have to throw up."

"Are you sure this is normal, having this much morning sickness?" Mark asked, worriedly, ever since he found out Eddie was pregnant he was hyper vigilant, almost to the point where Eddie wanted to bash his head in with the nearest heavy object or a chart.

"I have an appointment with Frost today." Eddie muttered. "But it is just the joys of morning sickness. I had this with Frankie too, this one seems to have inherited you dramatics."

Mark scoffed, not offended, more amused than anything else.

"So, when the kid is good, it's yours and when it's causing trouble it's mine?" Mark asked teasingly.

"Yes." Eddie said simply. "That is exactly it. Carolyn has told me stories of what you and Derek used to get up too."

"And Esther has told me about you, Eli, the twins, and the cousin crew." Mark countered, as Eddie glared at him.
