There is the flash of the church that Izzie had booked for Derek and Meredith's wedding.

There was a flash of people, dressed in their best, sitting in the pews of the church, waiting for the bride to come down the aisle.

Izzie was in her hospital room, lying in her bed.
"And today was the wedding. It was beautiful... perfect." Izzie informed whomever she was speaking to.

Today was the big day, Meredith and Derek were getting married today. Eddie was making sure she had everything she needed for the wedding. Her co-matron of honor dress and all the accessories and shoes Izzie insisted they all wear.
The two dresses for Frankie and Connor who were going to be the flower girls. Eddie had a feeling they were going to hate them. They would also look like frothy meringue cupcakes. With so much tulle, it may also irritate the girls, since it seemed a bit scratchy, but it was what Izzie wanted for Meredith's wedding.
Mark had already gotten his suite out and into its bag along with his shoes and other things he needed. So, Eddie didn't need to worry about that.
Mark entered their bedroom after getting the girls ready.
