After winning a Mariucci Classic Championship last Saturday, the Colgate Raiders return to Starr Rink to play an old ECAC foe, Vermont this evening. With 17:13 left in the first period, Darcy Murphy scored his eleventh goal of the season, on the power play to make it 1-0 Raiders. With 12:28 left in the first period, Mario Puskarich scored to tie the game 1-1. With 5:05 left in the first period, Tylor Spink scored his eighth goal of the season to make it 2-1 Colgate. Charlie Finn and Mike Santaguida matched zeros for the remainder of the period so the Raiders lead 2-1 heading to the second period. Finn and Santaguida matched zeros in the second period so Colgate leads 2-1 heading to the third period. With 19:03 left in the third period, Colin Markison scored to tie the game 2-2. With 13:37 left in the third period, Tyson Spink scored his third goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-2 Raiders. Charlie Finn finished off the Catamounts and Colgate wins 3-2! Colgate improved to 9-9-3 on the season!
