After a man named Finn happened last night, the Colgate Raiders were back on the Starr Rink ice for a Saturday evening game against the Northeastern Huskies hoping for more Finn theatrics. The aforementioned Charlie Finn and Derick Roy matched zeros in the first period so no score in the first period for the second consecutive night. With 18:05 left in the second period, Derek Freeman scored his first goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. Finn and Roy matched zeros for the remainder of period number two so the Raiders lead 1-0 heading to an all-important third period. With 19:07 left in the third period, Mike Borkowski scored his first goal of his junior season to make it 2-0 Colgate. With 2:53 left in the third period, Kyle Baun scored his third goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-0 Raiders. The aforementioned Mike Borkowski picks up an assist on the Baun power play goal! Charlie Finn makes 28 saves and Colgate protects his shutout by winning 3-0! Colgate improved to 3-1-0 on the season!
