With 15:04 left in the first period, Kyle Baun scored his eighth goal of the season to make it 1-0 Raiders. With 8:52 left in the first period, Tyson Spink scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 2-0 Colgate. With 6:42 left in the first period, Drew Smolcynski scored to make it 2-1 Raiders. With 3:36 left in the first period, Gavin Bayreuther scored to tie the game 2-2. With 1:18 left in the first period, Joe Wilson scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 3-2 Hamiltonians. Charlie Finn and Matt Weninger matched zeros for the remainder of the period so a high scoring first period concludes with Colgate leading 3-2. With 7:57 left in the second period, Kyle Baun scored his ninth goal of the season, his second goal of the game and on the power play to make it 4-2 Raiders. Finn and Weninger matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Colgate leads 4-2 heading to the third period. With 12:28 left in the third period, Mike McCann scored his fifth goal of the season to make it 5-2 Raiders. With 9:40 left in the third period, Kyle Baun scored his tenth goal of the season, his third goal of the game, a hat trick and on the power play to make it 6-2 Raiders. With 5:52 left in the third period, Woody Hudson scored to make it 6-3 Hamiltonians. With 3:43 left in the third period, Kevin Lough scored his second goal of the season to make it 7-3 Colgate! Charlie Finn finished off the Saints and Colgate wins 7-3! Colgate improved to 13-9-3 on the season and 9-3-1 in ECAC Hockey play!
