After a discouraging weekend in the capital region of New York, Mike Borkowski and the Colgate Raiders return to Starr Rink to play the Brown University Bears hoping to win a big game still early in the season. With 1:23 left in the first period, Tylor Spink scored his eighth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 1-0 Colgate. Spencer Finney and Anthony Borelli matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 1-0 Raiders lead heading to the second period. With 4:48 left in the second period, Darcy Murphy scored his eighth goal of the season to make it 2-0 Hamiltonians. Finney and Borelli matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Colgate maintains their 2-0 lead into the second intermission. With 7:04 left in the third period, Matt Harlow scored to make it 2-1 Hamiltonians. Spencer Finney finished off the Bears and Colgate wins 2-1! Colgate improved to 12-9-2 on the season and 4-6-1 in ECAC Hockey play!
