Third Person's POV
Hiei had been thankful to learn that Kuwabara and Yusuke were busy outside of the hotel, meaning he could rest perfectly in peace and quiet. Akina, Goro, Kurama and the Masked Fighter didn't bother him at all so if they were in the hotel room he wouldn't mind. The Masked Fighter keeps to themself and rarely talks, which Hiei found a blessing in itself. Kurama, well as long as the fox didn't see anything that may frustrate him then Kurama can be tolerable. Goro, he doesn't want conflict and tends to stick to Akina as far as Hiei knows, which doesn't lead to the Dog Demon annoying him. Then there is Akina, the Human that bested him. You would think that he would despise her or hate being anywhere near her, but how she respects his wishes in regards to Yukina and of course allowing him to watch her torment the Spirit Detective and the Legendary Fox Bandit, she has grown on him to be a... dare he say it great ally.
'I almost lost him today...' His mind catches the echo of Akina's thoughts, making him pause.
'I lost control of myself!' Akina's thoughts echoed in Hiei's mind again, allowing him to feel the girl's fear and despair, making his brows furrow. 'What does she mean?' Due to him being near the door and feeling all of Akina's emotions, make him use his Jagan eye to show him Akina's current state to him. He was shocked to see her crying and harming herself with her nails and curling like a wounded animal.
'I was just like her! I became her!' Hiei's Jagan eye stops glowing, making him no longer see the distressed girl. 'Akina is destressed. What should I do?' Hiei asks himself as he tries to think of solutions but struggles. 'Kurama would know what to do.' He thinks as a passing thought, until it registers. Of course the Legendary Bandit grew up alongside Akina, so he should naturally know what to do to help calm Akina down and get her out of this negative head space. Hiei decides to use his Jagan eye to locate Kurama, and it helps him locate the red head, who is somehow by a lake surrounded by bamboo and is struggling to tend to them on his own. 'Foolish Fox.' Hiei couldn't help but scoff before he begins his journey.

Kurama pulled himself out of the lake he used to clean his wounds, before he then grabs a towel to dry himself off. He pauses at he stares at the injured areas of his body that are almost completely healed rather than looking as bad as they were when he first got them. 'Akina tended to them well even if she was on low energy at the time.' Kurama thinks before he starts to place some homemade balm he made to help his healing, on the bandages he would start to apply on his skin.
He pauses when he sensed a familiar demonic presence getting closer and closer to him. I walks over to his folded clothes and begins to pull on her trousers and then made his way to unfolding his jacket so that he could wear it himself. "Good. You're dressed." He hears Hiei's voice as soon as Kurama closed his jacket. "What brings you here, Hiei?" Kurama asks gently, before he turns to face the short Fire Apparition, but he paused as he takes in the emotion in Hiei's eyes. An emotion he didn't expect to see. Concern.
