"You don't have to be so mean to him you know. He's harmless." Kira mumbled.

Katsuki rolled his eyes but wrapped his arms around her. "Do we have to keep talking about this? This is the first time I've seen you in person for weeks... And it's his fault. I don't want to think about him."

"Fine." Kira sighed, wrapping her arms around his shoulders. "I missed you." She whispered, snuggling into his neck.

He pulled her with him as he sat down. Arms still wrapped around her as he held her on his lap. "Yeah... I fucking missed you to..." He sighed, holding her tightly. "I felt like I was dying... Without you... when I didn't know where you were."

"I'm here now. I'm safe." Kira told him, leaning away from his embrace only to kiss his forehead. "You don't have to worry anymore." She whispered.

Bakugou held her hands and kissed her softly. For the first time since they were in the hospital together. He pulled back and hugged her again. "It was all my fault... I chased her away because I was acting like a moron..."

"It's not your fault Katsuki. It never was." Kira shook her head, which he kept cradled in his shoulder. "It just... It doesn't matter. How it happened doesn't matter anymore, we can't go back and fix it. We can only go forward."

Bakugou mumbled something that sounded like a reluctant agreement. His arms rubbing her back in a comforting rhythm. Kira breathed in and out softly as she rested against him.

She really had missed it. Missed him.

She let him hold her, eyes closed and lips turned up in a smile. She felt like a weight was lifted off of her. She was lighter now, she felt safe with him holding her.

"I love you..." Kira whispered. How many times had she said that? She was slowly losing count.

"I love you too... Idiot." He grumbled.

"Don't ruin the moment." Kira whined with a small laugh. "Dumbass."

"Hey! That's worse!" Bakugou argued. Holding her waist as she leaned away. He looked up at her with a smile, happy that she was finally back with him. Back at UA, where they both belonged.

His hands were warm against the fabric of her tank top. Holding her waist, over the hidden scar of her gunshot wound. He seemed to remember this, relaxing his grip.

"Sorry, does it still..." He looked down. "I hope the gunshot wound is healed, she hasn't been acting like she's in pain... God she's so much smaller than she had been before all this shit. She still hasn't gained back half of what she lost." He thought, worry creasing his brow.

"No I'm fine. It's just a scar now, you don't have to worry." Kira said with a smile. "What about you? You were impaled right?"

He scoffed and rolled his eyes. "It was no big deal. Nothing that small can kill me."

"Right. No one as insignificant as Toumura Shigaraki could ever kill the Great- Explosion-Murder-Lord-Dynamite." Kira laughed.

"It's murder GOD Dynamite." Bakugou corrected. "Get it right Athena."

"Sorry, Great-Explosion-Murder- GOD-Dynamite." She said with an eyeroll. "That's a mouthful. How about we just call you Dynamite?"

"That's not nearly as fucking scary. It should be intimidating and hard to say." Bakugou said with a smile.

"What about G-E-M-G-D?" She suggested.

"That's just dumb." He said with a frown. "My name is Great-Explosion-Murder
-God-Dynamite. Get over it."
