"I'm surprised they're just letting us walk around. With everything going on, an attack could happen at any second."
Midoriya mumbled under his breath. Dressed in his hero costume as him and Kira went on patrol.
"It's definitely a risk... Just keep your eyes peeled, okay?" Kira warned.
"Between your quirk and danger sense I doubt anyone can sneak up on us." Midoriya Mumbled. Glancing at her in the corner of his eye. His thoughts kept on circling back to one thing, but he didn't seem to want to bring it up.
"Just say it." Kira mumbled.
"You told me you two weren't together." Midoriya Mumbled with a frown. Whining like a little kid.
"That was months ago. Things change Izuku." Kira let out a small sigh. She knew she shouldn't be too frustrated, but she was getting just a little tired of keeping Midoriya's feelings into consideration when it came to her own relationship. "Katsuki never saw you that way... I'm sorry but I think it would be better for the both of you if you just moved on..."
"Can we not talk about this?" Midoriya snapped, crossing his arms. "I don't want to hear about it. I just wanna... Ugh. This fucking blows, why do I have to walk around with her?"
"Mkay." Kira shrugged. She came to a stop infront of an abandoned building. "Well this is it."
Midoriya looked around in confusion. He realized he was in a place he didn't recognize. "What do you mean? Why are we stopping?"
"You and I have something in common Midoriya. We always have." Kira rubbed her arms, like she was cold. But it was warm outside. Midoriya frowned, something about her behavior started to seem just a little... off.
"What are you talking about?" He asked, looking around again. "Where the hell are we?"
"We both love Katsuki." Kira said softly. Her eyes were glossy, and she looked really... Sad, scared.
Midoriya stared at her.
"Just remember that okay? Maybe it'll help you understand." Kira whispered.
"Understand what?!" Midoriya asked, his heart beating quickly in his chest. He started to feel in edge. Kira wasn't like this... Midoriya had never seen her like this.
Danger sense wasn't going off though... Not yet.
"I didn't understand at first... So I don't expect you to forgive me." Kira looked up at the sky. A beautiful blue, with a few small clouds floating above their heads.
"...understand what?" Midoriya asked, backing up carefully.
"Why Todoroki did what he did." Kira said simply. A single tear running down her cheek.
"Kira what's going on?!" Midoriya yelled, clinching his fists tightly. "What are you talking about?!"
"The whole world... For one person." The teenager muttered under her breath. "It seems so selfish... But I understand it now."
"Kira..." Midoriya whispered, shaking. "What did you do?!"
"I'm sorry... But I can't let him get hurt again." Kira rubbed her eyes, the few small tears morphed into sobs. "I have to protect them... Everyone! You have to understand that!"
His eyes widened in realization. "NO! NO YOU DIDN'T-" Midoriya said with wide eyes as a figure begin to emerge from seemingly nowhere.
"Kira Kokoa... We meet at Last."
All for one said, wearing a metal helmet and a suit as he hovered over the ground. His hands put out, exposing the holes on his palms.
"It must've been difficult, but you made the right choice." He spoke with a loud tone of authority. His arms spread wide, Kira's back was to him. He hovered over her, though he had no visible eyes Izuku knew that the man was watching him.
Kira sobbed, she hugged herself. Wrapping her arms around her waist. Tears ran down her face and she sunk forward in grief.
"YOU SOLD US OUT!?! KIRA HOW COULD YOU?!" Midoriya yelled, backing away. His quirk activated. Green and black lightning whipped around his body. "I TRUSTED YOU!!"
"Don't be so hard on her. She did what any person in her situation would have done." All for one said, hovering closer to her. "Besides as a 'hero' you should understand... Just how many people will die if we continue this war? It's meant to be you and me. All for one and one for all. That's the battle that's meant to take place. Why draw everyone else in to what's meant to be a family matter?"
"Damn it!" Deku yelled, getting into a fighting stance. All for one let out a laugh at his scrambling.
Kira and Deku made eye contact. Time seemed to slow in that one moment where their eyes met.
"Now!"
At Midoriya's signal Kira swun around, pulling a pistol out of her jacket and rapidly firing three shots right at the Demon Lord's chest. The first one actually hit it's mark, blood splattered from his suit. But he blocked the others with a forcefield quirk.
"You ungrateful worm!"Midoriya activated smoke screen just enough to conceal the two of them before he grabbed Kira and pulled her behind him. "That's not gonna work!" He told her. Kira simply laughed.
"Of course not! I just really wanted to shoot at him." She shrugged, shoving the gun back in her jacket.
"You know you almost had me for a second there." Midoriya told her breathing heavily. "I didn't know you were so good at fake crying."
"I knew it was fake but for a second it felt so real..."
"I learned from the best." Kira smirked, standing beside him and facing the demon lord.
All for one.
Now they had him where they wanted him, the final battle was about to begin. But this time, they were calling the shots.
"How disappointing..." All for one said, his voice robotic. His chest began to automatically heal itself, but he had bled.
If he could bleed he could die. That's all Kira needed to know.
"I was right." Kira whispered to Midoriya. "I can't hear his thoughts. Not even a little bit, he has a quirk to block me out. I can only hear what he wants me too."
She had figured this would be the case. When they were creating this plan she made it with that possibly in mind. Of course she wouldn't be able to read All for one.
"I thought you were smarter than this, regardless of your minor betrayal I have One for all in my sights right now." All For one said with a chuckle. Suddenly globs of dark colored goo started to appear around him. "And I brought so many of my friends, meanwhile your key players are scattered across Japan."
Toga, Dabi, Shigaraki and so many more villains started to appear from the sludge. Along with several black Nomu.
Kira looked over at Shigaraki. She hadn't seen him in person since the mall incident practically a year ago. When he scarred her with his quirk.
She wondered if he knew then that they were related. Maybe that's why he wanted her dead so badly.
It didn't matter.
"That's what you think." Kira said with a smile. "Don't you remember All for one? I'm something of a genius."
A black swirl appeared over Kira and Midoriya as they stood their ground.
"Kurigiri?" All for one mumbled when he saw it. But he saw no golden eyes. Instead when the first figure emerged he was met with a pair of icy blue.
Neito Monoma.
Then more appeared. Portals opening up to every corner of Japan. Where Kira's side was lying, waiting for this surprise attack.
Endeavor, Best jeanest, Edgeshot, Mirko, fatgum, UA's big three and so many more of the strongest pro heroes climbed out of the portal.
Kira took a breath, this was it. She was triggering the biggest battle to take place in Japan for a hundred years. Kira had just fired the first shot in a full scale war between the villains and the pro heroes.
Between all for one, and One for all.
