It has been one day and eight hours since Paedyn escaped from the castle.

It has been one day and eight hours since my soon-to-be bride escaped from the castle.

It has been one day and eight hours since all Hell let loose.

There's only one person who can help me right now, and he's knocking at the door as I ponder how I'm going to get my bride back, but that's not the only thing I'm thinking about.

 Kai, my brother... my half-brother, deep down I always knew he'd betray me for her...for Paedyn... for love.

 Deep down I always knew I could never truly trust him. 

Deep down I always knew there was no one I could ever trust in this world.

Deep down I knew I'd forever be lonely.

"Come in" I shout as the knocking gets louder and more impatient. 

I look up, as I hear the door creak open, and there he is... Calum is the last person on this damn planet who I can trust. The only person I can trust. He helped my father, he'll help me too now. 

"What do we do...about all of this?" I ask him worriedly. "How can we continue the plan without Paedyn? I need to marry her for this to work, there isn't any other way is there? We need her back." 

"Yes...and we will get her back, trust me, I have a plan King Azer, and it won't fail." 

"Hmm? What plan?" 

"Oh, I've some friends who should be able to easily...persuade your bride and excuse for a brother to come back here to Ilya." 

A smirk plays on Calum's face, as he whispers his plan into my ear, and soon I can't help but find myself smirking and cackling along with him too.

I couldn't wait to see my beloved brother and bride once again...
