Waking up, I heard my phone. It was Alex and Olivia. Liv was asking about her hen do. I still had my plan. I couldn't believe that Ariel was going to be eighteen in the morning. She was the best niece ever. I loved all of them so much. Elliot and Olivia were fab parents. Texting Alex back, she mentioned that she was seeing Will later. She seemed happy. She hadn't told us much about her sessions, but we were just happy that her and the boys were okay. Getting up, I heard Axel and Simon. "Morning you two." Kissing Simon, Axel smiled. "Morning babe. Are you okay?"

He nodded. "Yeah. I'm thinking about meeting up with a mate today." I said that sounded good. As I made some breakfast, Axel said that he was going to get on with some school work today. "Is it okay if I hang out with my mates today?" Simon giggled. "Is that code for Lexi?" Axel blushed. "No." I hit Simon playfully. "How was your date night?" Axel then sat at the kitchen table.

"It was great. Your mom is a fab dancer." I blushed. Another favourite song of ours came on at the restaurant. It was Come And Talk To Me by Jodeci. His arms wrapped around my waist and we started dancing. Then, we had more drinks. As he kissed me, Axel grimaced. 'Not now. Do that stuff when I am not around.' Both of us then giggled. 'So Ax, what are you doing after you've finished your school work?' He said that he may hang out with Caleb. 'Ahh nice. That'll be fun.' Once he left the table, he then went upstairs. 'Oh, Auntie Liv said that I could go over to their house after school today.' I said that was fine. Simon said that he was going to sort out a few things as well. 'Like what babe?' He winked.

I was setting up breakfast for our birthday girl. She was 18. I couldn't believe it. She has made so much progress. I had made pancakes, got some juices. I put on one of her favourite songs. What she did like was a bit of Becky Hill. As I finished off decorating the table, I heard the front door. 'Hey babe.' Kissing Elliot, he asked if I was okay. 'I'm happy that you're here.' As he put his duffle bag and backpack on the stairs, he walked through to the kitchen. 'The food smells amazing Olivia.' Pouring him some coffee, I smiled. 'At least we managed to pull of the surprise. Ariel had really missed him. So had Caleb and Paige. 'How is our son?' I said that he was getting better.

'He's been talking to Amber a lot more. I think he's also concerned about.. you know..' I then nodded. 'I'll talk to him.' I hugged my man. I had missed his hugs. 'At least i'm home.' As he ate some food, I heard footsteps. 'Dad!' Paige hugged him. 'Hey sweetheart. You've grown!' She said that she was happy to see him. 'Is your sister up yet?' She said no.

'So baby girl, what's been going on with you?' She smiled. 'Not much. School, cheer squad, friends.' Elliot then raised his eyebrows. 'What does that mean?' Paige then ate some toast. 'Morning! Dad!' Caleb had a bed head. 'Hey son.' He said that he had missed him. 'I have missed you too.' Kissing Caleb's cheek, I asked him if he was okay. 'I'm just tired.' As he continued to eat breakfast, I asked Elliot if we could talk outside. 'Now babe.'

'His eyes are bloodshot. How did I not notice?' Elliot then stroked my arm. 'You were busy with stuff. Work. Looking after our girls. Maybe he just wanted to have fun with some friends.' My eyes then widened. 'Do you understand what drugs did to Ariel?' He hugged me. I really didn't want to argue with him on Ariel's birthday. 'We'll talk to him.'

"Mom?" Ariel stood near the kitchen door. "Yes sweetheart?" She asked if everything was okay. "Yep. So, what did you wanna do today?" She then said that she was going to hang out with some friends. "That's alright." Mom then hugged me. "I'll go and sit with the kids." Elliot then went back into the kitchen. "Is everything alright Mom?" I said yes. "I can't believe that you're seventeen. You've come a long way Ari." She agreed. "I feel more in control of everything now. But, I know that I have support too." Hugging her, we went back into the kitchen.
