☆Dreams☆

Jake couldn't sleep, no matter what tonight. He couldn't stop thinking about Johnnie Guilbert. He sits up and grabbed at his hair before he decided to go check on Johnnie.

He exited his bedroom and went over to Johnnie's. The door was cracked open and Johnnie was mumbling in his sleep, dreaming about Jake Webber.

Johnnie was dreaming about Jake and they were having a romantic dinner. In the dream, Johnnie was a bit shy and nervous, but he was also very happy and smiling a lot. In his dream, he reached out to hold Jake's hand across the table, but then he suddenly woke up.

He opened his eyes and looked around, realizing it was just a dream. He sighed and laid back down, but then he heard a noise outside his room. He sat up again and looked towards the door, wondering if someone was there.

Jake softly knocked on the door and then opened it more. "Hey, sorry if i woke you up" he whispered. "Can i come in?"

Johnnie was surprised to see Jake standing there, but he quickly composed himself and nodded.

"Sure, come in."
He sat up in bed and turned on the lamp next to him, giving the room a soft glow.

"Hi" Jake smiled as he sits on the bed. "I just couldn't get to sleep. I've been trying but for some reason i just can't," he spoke up about what was going on. "i heard you mumbling in your sleep and i kinda was curious on what you we're dreaming about?"

Johnnie blushed a little and looked away, feeling a bit embarrassed that Jake had heard him mumbling in his sleep."Oh, um, it was just a silly dream," he said, trying to play it off. "Nothing important."

Jake scoffed, "Oh c'mon. You can tell me. It's just a dream," he shrugged. "I'd like to know, I'm curious now"

Johnnie sighed, knowing that Jake wasn't going to let it go."Fine, I'll tell you. But you have to promise not to laugh."

"I promise" Jake smiled sweetly as he laid down on Johnnie's bed and placed his tatted arms behind his head.

Johnnie watched as Jake laid down on his bed, feeling a flutter in his stomach. He took a deep breath and began to tell him about his dream.

"Okay, so I was having a romantic dinner with someone... and it was with you," he said quietly, blushing again.

Jake's brown eyes widen in surprise. He blushes as he stares at Johnnie with big brown eyes. "Huhhhh?"

Johnnie could see the surprise on Jake's face, and he felt even more embarrassed. He looked down at his hands, avoiding eye contact.

"Yeah, it was a dream about us having a romantic dinner together," he repeated, his voice barely above a whisper."I know it's silly, but it felt so real."

Jake smiled as he sits up. He takes Johnnie's hands. His brown eyes soften. "thats kinda cute," he admits.

Johnnie's heart skipped a beat as Jake took his hands and called the dream cute. He looked up at Jake, his cheeks flushed with embarrassment and something else.

"You really think so Jake?" he asked, his voice still quiet.

"Mhm, look at me Johnnie. You dont have to embarrassed about having dreams like that," Jake smiled as he leaned his head down and kissed Johnnie's forehead.

Johnnie's breath hitched as Jake kissed his forehead, his heart pounding in his chest. He looked up at Jake, feeling a mix of emotions swirling inside him.

"But it's just a dream,"he protested weakly, even though he secretly loved the attention.

"Just a dream?" Jake repeated. His eyes expressing affection. "What if i make this a reality?"
