Johnnie heard his boyfriend Jake come inside the house. His head lifted up and looked towards Jake. His eyes softened at the sight of him but he soon-ly looked away at his phone.

Jake chuckled, noticing Johnnie look away. He walked up behind him, resting his chin on Johnnie's shoulder and wrapping his arms around his waist."Aw, don't look away from me now" he teased.

Johnnie smiled a bit as he leaned into the touch. Before he puts his phone away and looked at Jake. "Hi," he greeted and kissed Jake's cheek before he walked off and into the kitchen.

Jake followed behind him, pouting slightly when Johnnie pulled away. He sat down on the counter as he watched Johnnie move around in the kitchen."Are you ignoring me, baby?" He teased, a smirk on his face.

Johnnie is reading the comments on his phone, seeing the hate mostly. He sits at the table and he was starting to overthink. He didn't reply to Jake.

Jake tilted his head as he watched Johnnie, immediately picking up on the fact that he's reading something on his phone.

He got off the counter and sat next to him, gently grabbing his phone and setting it down on the table."What're you reading?" He asked, looking at Johnnie with concern in his eyes.

"Just the comments since we came out online to our fans," Johnnie replied, a bit sad.

Jake gently cupped his cheek and lifted his head up to look at him, noticing the sadness in his eyes."Babe, don't pay attention to the hate comments. They're all bullshit, you know that" he said, his voice filled with worry and care.

"I know," Johnnie gave a slight nod. "I just been feeling torn about it. From all the things they're saying. I don't want anything to come between us." As he sets his phone down and covered his face with his hands.

Jake gently pulled Johnnie close wrapping his arms around him in a comforting embrace."They won't, I promise you they won't."He gently pulled Johnnie's hands away from his face and kissed his forehead softly.

Johnnie gets up and hugs Jake close to him. "It just gets me so emotional," as he looked up at Jake with teary eyes. "Especially the hate comments, they're getting worse. Even before we we're dating we we're getting hate just as friends even, but now since we're dating it just escalated. I don't want things between us."

Jake's heart broke at the sight of Johnnie's teary eyes, he hated seeing him so upset and he wanted to protect him from all the hate.

He hugged him tighter, resting his chin on top of Johnnie's head.
"I know, baby. I know... I'm so sorry you have to deal with all of this bullshit. I wish I could make it stop, I really do..."

"The bitterness has gotten me so sick," Johnnie sniffled as he laid his head onto Jake's chest and sniffled again. Before he jumped into Jake's arms.

Jake held him close as he wrapped his legs around his waist, one hand rubbing his back soothingly and the other running through his hair.

"I know it's hard, love. I wish there was something I could do to take the pain away..."He gently kissed the top of his head, holding him protectively against his chest.

"Can we go cuddle in your room?" Johnnie asks as he looked up at Jake with love in his eyes. However they also shined with a sadness of depression.

Jake nodded immediately, noticing the sadness in his eyes."Of course, baby. Whatever you need."He picked him up and carried him to his room, gently laying him down on the bed and laying down next to him.
