Jake heard the muffle music of Johnnie performing his rehearsal. He entered the room and took a seat, watching his boyfriend Johnnie with love and affection in his eyes.

Johnnie didn't notice him, too focused on his rehearsal. He danced and sang with passion, lost in the music and enjoying every second of it. He occasionally moved around the room, making sure to stay in the center of the space.

Once he finished, he took a deep breath and turned around, his eyes widening as he finally saw Jake sitting there. A smile instantly spread across his face.

Jake claps as he gets up and hugged Johnnie. "Hi!! That was so good!! Are you ready to perform tonight?"

Johnnie chuckled as he hugged Jake back, burying his face in his neck.

"Thank you"
He mumbled before pulling away from the hug and smiling brightly at him."Yeah, I'm fucking ready! I've just been practicing all day."

"You were nervous as fuck last night," Jake reminded as he kissed Johnnie's head. "Are you still anxious today? Don't lie to me."

Johnnie let out a small whine at the reminder, pouting as he leaned against Jake.

"I'm always nervous, you know that."
He grumbled, crossing his arms over his chest.

Jake smiled as he hugged Johnnie close. "I'm sure you'll do great, you're sounding amazing already and you just will when you perform tonight."

Johnnie nuzzled his face against Jake's shoulder, feeling comforted by his presence and words.

"I hope so... I don't wanna mess up on stage..."He mumbled, still a bit anxious about the upcoming performance.

Jake pulled back. He sets his hands onto Johnnie's shoulders. "You won't be alone, I'm gonna be backstage and Carrington is gonna be here too. You'll do great out there, trust me." His eyes shining adoration.

Johnnie's eyes met Jake's, and he couldn't help but melt at the sight of his adoration.

He sighed softly, his shoulders relaxing slightly as he took a deep breath.

"You always know how to make me feel better, don't you?"He said with a small smile, his hands coming up to rest on Jake's hips.

"Fuck yea" Jake pecked Johnnie's cheek. "C'mon, let's go have dinner before you perform."

Johnnie chuckled and rolled his eyes playfully at Jake's response, his heart fluttering at the peck on the cheek.

"Okay, okay, let's go."

After their romantic dinner, -

It was time to start the concert. Johnnie was standing backstage, mentally preparing himself even though he's scared shitless as Carrington was performing his song first on the stage.

Jake could see how nervous Johnnie was, even from backstage. He was fidgeting and bouncing on the balls of his feet, trying to shake off his anxiety.

Jake gently grabbed his arm and pulled him close, placing a hand on his cheek and making him look at him."Hey, you're gonna do great. You're gonna rock it out there."
