*Before the End of Summer*
After your supposed death, you unconsciously wrapped yourself in a cocoon of webs. While inside, your body went through changes.
Some time passed as your body later emerged with a brand new heartbeat. It was Kurt who found you, alongside Gwen and the others.
Kurt toom you back to the mansion as you were tested. It was odd. Moments ago, you were dead. But now you were alive and new.
You rested as the Professor showered through your mind that night. After all you had been through.
Professor: My god. The poor boy. Sinister, the things he did to him.
Jean: Will he be alright?
Professor: I'm not sure. Hank ran tests on his body. It seems he has indeed undergone an evolution. But after being the victim to all the experimentation Sinister has done. He will need time to recover. But the trauma will be too much for his mind to bear if he remembers it all. I can try repress some of his memories. That way, those 24 hours won't break him.
Jean is skeptical about doing so. But if it was to better you, to keep you on the right track, then it may be worth it. But there was the fear that your new abilities would dig up those memories in time.
Professor: He should be asleep for a while. But the process will take a while. I'll start it in the morning. For now rest easy Jean.
Jean: Alright Professor. I just hope he's okay.
Time passed as you slept. For a time you were peacful. Under.
Eventually, you opened your eyes. But, when you did, you were back in the lab. Sinister's lab.
You were strapped to a table as you struggled to break yourself free.
Y/N: N-no, no not again! No!
You struggled to get out, but your actions were sluggish, like you were drugged.
Eventually, you heard his laughter as his red eyes peered through the darkness. He grabbed you by the face. As he forced your head to the side. Slowly sticking a syringe into your neck.
Sinister: It won't kill you. Just stop you from moving. But, you stay conscious. I need you awake for this. For all of it. The best results are to come.
His laughter echoed as your movements became aluggish once more. Like being a prisoner in your own body. Watching helplessly as he cut into your flesh, carved into your body, injecting you with chemicals, even injecting them right into your heart.
Whatever it was made your heart rate speed through the roof as you felt more aware of the pain you were feeling.
The modifications hurt like a pain you haven't felt before. To the point you would have rather been dead a thousand times over.
But it was only 24 hours.
Your mind radiated with that pain, but it should amhave meant nothing to you. At least that's how you felt.
You were too tired to wake up, so you tried to stay asleep. But your mind shifted to the torturous experiments. The device thst drilled into your mind, making your brain into soup. Making you lose all function, and re-writing your mind.
It was nothing though. It was only 24 hours.
Shifting your mind to other things, you felt trapped. Locked in a cage of your own creation in your mind. Like you were not allowed to be free.
Eventually opened your eyes. You woke up in your room in the mansion. It was late, that much was clear. But you crawled out of bed and made your way out.
