After deciding on the name Starios for the capital of Eldoria, the next task for the leaders was to plan the layout of the city itself. As they gathered once more in the Great Hall, the air was filled with a sense of excitement and anticipation. Starios was not just a political capital—it was to become the heart of their new world, a place where magic and innovation could thrive.

Harry stood before the group, ready to guide the discussion. "Now that we've named the capital, it's time to focus on what will make Starios more than just a government hub. This city will be a symbol of our unity, a place where magic meets progress. We'll need more than government buildings—we need places for people to live, work, and thrive."

Luna, always dreaming of new possibilities, chimed in first. "I imagine Starios as a place where anyone, from any continent, can feel at home. We should make it a blend of our different cultures, with places that reflect the diversity of our world."

Draven nodded thoughtfully. "Agreed. It must be functional, but also beautiful. We're building the heart of our society, after all."

Harry smiled. "Let's start by laying out key places. There's no better place to begin than the hospital. We'll call it Aurora Sanctum Hospital—a center for healing and care."

Aurora Sanctum Hospital 

Purpose: The main hospital of Starios, where healers will handle magical injuries, illnesses, and other afflictions.

Design: A massive structure with wings dedicated to various specializations—curses, burns, mental health, maternity, and dark magic-related conditions. The hospital would feature magical wards that provided optimal healing environments.

Function: The hospital would offer emergency care, specialized wings for complex conditions, and treatment areas for dangerous magical afflictions, ensuring that every being, magical or otherwise, had access to the best care.

"We'll make sure it has space for all specializations," Harry said. "There will be a wing for dangerous magic-related injuries, as well as mental health care. Our healers will be well-equipped to handle anything."

Next, Neville raised his hand. "If we're going to be making breakthroughs in magic, we'll need a place to share that knowledge."

Harry nodded. "Exactly. That's where the Arcane Gazette Headquarters comes in."

Arcane Gazette Headquarters

Purpose: The main publishing center for the leading magical newspaper, The Arcane Gazette

Design: A dynamic building filled with enchanted printing presses that release self-updating newspapers. The building itself would be alive with magic, adjusting its layout to match the day's workload.

Function: It would cover all major news—from political events to magical breakthroughs. Each edition of the paper would update in real-time with major developments, ensuring that the citizens of Starios stayed informed.

"This will be where our news comes from," Harry explained. "A place where magical journalism can thrive, reporting on everything from breakthroughs in magic to the decisions made by our government."

The conversation shifted toward innovation. Draco, always focused on progress, spoke up. "We need a place for magical research and development. A place where the brightest minds can work together."

Harry agreed. "That's why we'll have The Magical Innovation Center."
