With the Arcane Academy under construction and the first stone set, the growing city of Starios was quickly becoming the heart of the new magical world of Mirithis. However, as the leaders of the various communities gathered once more for an important meeting, Harry knew that establishing infrastructure for the entire world was the next critical step.

Sitting around the large table inside their tent meeting hall, the leaders of the magical communities were ready to address the practical needs of this new world.

Harry stood and began, "Now that the school is well underway, we need to focus on the other essentials. Today, we'll discuss three key things: drinkable water for the entire world, the development of our economy and businesses, and establishing reliable communication systems, like mail and newspapers. We're building not just for Starios or Eldoria, but for all of Mirithis."

The leaders sat forward, prepared for the critical conversations ahead.

Global Water Supply and Distribution

Harry turned to Caelion, leader of the Merpeople, and Ondora, leader of the Water Nymphs, knowing they had the most expertise when it came to managing water systems.

"We need a sustainable and reliable source of clean, drinkable water—not just for Eldoria but for the entire planet. Every continent and every settlement should have access to safe drinking water."

Caelion nodded, speaking with calm authority. "Many of the oceans, lakes, and rivers on Mirithis are naturally pure, especially around Thalordis. However, to ensure that water is safe for widespread consumption, we will need to establish large-scale purification systems. My people have the ability to enchant water sources, filtering them magically."

Ondora added, "The Water Nymphs can help locate and protect natural springs across the various continents. We can ensure that these springs are tapped as clean water sources, but we'll need a distribution network to get the water to all settlements."

Draven, the Werewolf leader, leaned forward. "We could use magical transportation for that. Containers enchanted to stay cool and fresh, sent out regularly to every continent."

Lord Valon, leader of the Vampires, chimed in, his voice smooth and calculating. "We could also establish central hubs on each continent, where water is purified and then distributed. My people can help create magical containment systems that keep the water pure for extended periods."

Harry smiled. "Great ideas. We'll start by identifying key water sources on each continent, especially those close to major settlements. Then, we'll work on building distribution hubs in every region, ensuring that no matter where someone is on Mirithis, they'll have access to clean water."

Gringold, the Goblin leader, offered a solution. "The Goblins can create portable magical containers—flasks, barrels, and even larger reservoirs—that can hold massive amounts of water. They'll be charmed to preserve freshness, and we can transport them to the remotest areas."

Harry nodded, "Let's start mapping out water sources and planning the purification hubs. This will be a global effort, but with everyone contributing, we'll make sure that water is never an issue in this world."

Business Development and Global Economy

With the water supply addressed, Harry shifted the conversation to another crucial topic: the growing economy of Mirithis.
