As Harry sat in the quiet of 12 Grimmauld Place, reviewing the list of tasks completed for the journey to Mirithis, a thought struck him like lightning. The pets! He had accounted for magical creatures, livestock, and belongings, but the countless pets that were part of everyday life—the beloved dogs, cats, birds, and magical companions—had been overlooked.

He pushed his chair back and immediately grabbed his coat, ready to head out again. There was no time to waste. The Enchanted Trunk Emporium had become something of a second home to him in the past few days, and he knew where to go next.

With a quick flick of his wand, Harry apparated directly to the front door of the shop. The familiar bell chimed as he stepped inside, the scent of leather and magic filling the air. The shopkeeper, an astute witch with sharp eyes, greeted him with a raised brow and a knowing smirk.

"Back again, Mr. Potter? Let me guess, more trunks?"

Harry chuckled. "You know me well. I need 800 Pet Trunks—half for muggle pets, half for magical ones. And... I also need something else." He paused for a moment, considering the logistics. "I'll need 8,000 Food Trunks as well—enough to feed both the livestock and pets we're bringing to Mirithis."

The shopkeeper nodded, her quill already at work. "The Pet Trunks won't be a problem. Each one will be enchanted to provide a safe, calming environment for the animals. I'll split the order—400 for muggle pets like cats, dogs, and birds, and 400 for magical pets like owls, Crups, and Kneazles."

She tapped her quill against her chin thoughtfully. "The Food Trunks will be trickier, but doable. I can enchant them to hold immense amounts of feed for both the livestock and pets, with compartments for fresh food and even automatic refilling charms. They'll be ready within a day or two."

Harry nodded, grateful for the efficiency. "Perfect. Once I have these, I think everything will finally be in place."

The witch smirked. "You've certainly kept me busy. I'll have the trunks ready for you as soon as possible."

The following day, Harry returned to the shop to collect his order. The Pet Trunks were neatly stacked in the back, each trunk glowing faintly with magical wards designed to keep the animals comfortable and safe. Beside them were the Food Trunks, large and sturdy, each designed to hold more food than any regular trunk could.

Harry shrunk the trunks down to pocket-size and slipped them into his coat, ready to finish the final preparations back at Grimmauld Place. With everything in hand, he apparated home.

Organizing the Trunks

Once back at 12 Grimmauld Place, Harry carefully separated the Pet Trunks into two groups. The first 400 trunks would house muggle pets like dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and other common animals. These trunks were designed to mimic cozy home environments, with soft bedding and spaces for the animals to move around comfortably.

The second 400 trunks were for magical pets—owls, Crups, Occamies, Kneazles, Puffskeins, and even Fwoopers. These trunks were enchanted with magical habitats suited to each creature's needs. The Fwoopers, for example, would be kept in silenced spaces to avoid their maddening cries, while the Kneazles had plenty of space to roam and climb.

After organizing the Pet Trunks, Harry turned his attention to the 8,000 Food Trunks. He divided these based on the needs of each type of animal. Some would be for livestock, containing hay, grain, and feed for cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens. Others would house food for pets, with sections for kibble, birdseed, and fresh fish for owls.

Satisfied with the organization, Harry sighed in relief. Things were finally falling into place.

Calling for Help

But the work wasn't done yet. There was still the matter of the ritual to transport everyone to Mirithis. It was an ancient, powerful spell, and Harry knew he couldn't do it alone. He needed help from those skilled in complex magic—especially the goblins, whose expertise in magical rituals and ancient spells was unparalleled.

He pulled out his enchanted mirror and made a call to Lord Gringold, the goblin leader. Gringold appeared on the surface of the mirror within seconds, his sharp eyes gleaming.

"Potter," Gringold greeted him in his usual gruff manner. "I assume this isn't a social call."

Harry nodded. "I need your help. We're close to finalizing the ritual to take everyone to Mirithis, but I need someone who understands ancient magic as well as you do. I need you and your goblins on board."

Gringold considered for a moment, then gave a curt nod. "I'll gather my best. We'll be there when you need us."

With that, Harry continued making calls to gather more help. He reached out to Thaldrin the dragon leader, Lord Valon the vampire, and Draven the werewolf, all of whom had pledged their support in the earlier meetings. They promised to send their most skilled spellcasters to help power the ritual.

The Russos Join In

Just as Harry finished organizing the final preparations, the portal in the library shimmered to life, and the Russo siblings—Alex, Justin, and Max—stepped through. Each of them looked determined, ready to help in whatever way they could.

Alex crossed her arms, glancing at the stacks of trunks. "So, Harry, what's next? We're ready to help."

Harry smiled, grateful for their willingness. "We've got the Pet Trunks and the Food Trunks sorted. Now we need to finalize the ritual preparations. It's going to take a lot of magical energy, and we'll need all the help we can get."

Justin nodded, already thinking ahead. "We can start gathering magical resources for the spell. I've got a few ideas on how to amplify the power needed."

Max grinned, clearly excited by the prospect of helping with something this big. "I'm all in. Just point me to the nearest magical ingredient, and I'll grab it."

With the help of the Russos, Harry set to work gathering the final components for the ritual. They worked together to assemble the magical items they would need—ancient runes, enchanted crystals, and rare ingredients that would boost the ritual's strength.

As the day wore on, Harry felt the weight of the task finally lifting. With the support of the goblins, the creatures, and his friends, everything was falling into place.

Soon, the ritual would be ready, and they would all be on their way to Mirithis—with every pet, creature, and person accounted for.
