As the meeting in Wizengamot Hall continued in the central city of Staros, leaders from every corner of Mirithis gathered around to discuss the progress across each continent. Harry, acting as the primary facilitator of the gathering, brought up one of the more unexpected developments: a small village recently established by a few of the Lost Ones who had arrived from the Old World.
"There's something we didn't anticipate," Harry began, his tone both curious and measured. "A group of the Lost have founded a village in Eldoria, honoring one of the guardians, Garmr."
The room murmured with intrigue. Most of the leaders were familiar with the Lost Ones' admiration for the guardians, but the dedication of an entire village had taken them by surprise.
"A village... for Garmr?" Thaldrin, leader of Drakemire, the dragons' continent, asked, eyebrows raised. "They're treating Garmr as a deity, then?"
"It seems so," Harry replied, nodding. "The central feature of the village is a large shrine to Garmr. They even chose Marcus, one of the Lost with a Golden Core, as their leader or... 'mayor,' as they're calling it."
"Do we know the name of this village?" Zephyra, the leader of Equestria, inquired, her eyes bright with interest.
"Emberfang," Harry answered. "They've named it Emberfang, inspired by the ferocity and protective strength of Garmr. They seem to view him as a symbol of justice and resilience."
There was a pause as everyone took this in. Nymira, leader of Pixie Hollow, tilted her head thoughtfully. "It seems the guardians have left a lasting impression on these Lost Ones. Perhaps we should prepare ourselves for more villages or settlements dedicated to the other guardians."
Isabell, leader of Brightmoor, North America's continent, nodded in agreement. "They may see the guardians as a guiding force, something to ground them in this new world. We shouldn't discourage it. It could create unity."
As more leaders voiced their thoughts, Amir, from Virelden, added, "This devotion may also enhance their sense of purpose. The Lost Ones left everything behind, and perhaps attaching themselves to something like the guardians provides them with much-needed stability."
The conversation drifted from Emberfang to other ongoing developments. Leaders took turns sharing progress on infrastructure, trade, and the various challenges they'd encountered as their communities adjusted to life on their new continents. Equestria, for instance, was thriving under Zephyra's guidance. The unicorns had organized their villages and towns and were establishing central hubs for community gatherings, all while preserving the natural magic unique to Equestria.
Eventually, the meeting drew to a close, with each leader feeling both optimistic and encouraged. They'd discussed goals for the coming months, plans for trade routes, and the idea of intercontinental events to build camaraderie among the creatures and wizards of Mirithis.
As the leaders filed out of Wizengamot Hall, Harry felt a sense of satisfaction. This world was coming together in ways none of them had foreseen, with each community contributing its unique strengths and traditions.
Once everyone dispersed to return to their respective continents, Harry lingered a moment, taking a final look around the empty hall. With a deep breath, he gathered his things and made his way back to the portal that would return him to Mystvale.
