The afternoon sun cast long shadows across the Great Hall as the leaders of Mirithis resumed their meeting. There was a palpable sense of urgency as the discussions shifted from foundational elements of Starios to more complex issues—those that would affect the security, sustainability, and unity of their new world. The weight of the decisions they were making was clear on every face in the room.

Harry stood once more, gathering the leaders' attention. "Now that we've covered the layout of Starios, we need to move on to the next crucial topics: security, environmental protection, cultural exchange, and how we'll manage trade and innovation. These are the pillars that will support our society as it grows."

The leaders nodded in agreement, prepared for the challenges ahead.

Security and DefenseMagical Defense Systems

Harry began by addressing the critical issue of defense. "Starios and other key cities must be well protected. I propose the creation of magical defense systems—wards that will surround the city, protecting it from magical and non-magical threats."

A flick of his wand brought up a holographic image of Starios, surrounded by shimmering magical barriers. "These wards will prevent unauthorized entry, block dark magic, and detect any large-scale magical anomalies that could threaten the city."

Lord Valon, the vampire leader, spoke first. "These barriers need to be unbreakable, especially against the kind of dark magic we might encounter. And we'll need a rapid response system in place if any breach occurs."

Draco added, "We can enchant these defenses to trigger alerts for sudden shifts in magical energy, giving us time to respond before a threat fully manifests."

Harry nodded. "Exactly. We'll also create layered wards—each layer specialized to block different forms of attack, including physical, magical, and even telepathic interference. This will give us time to mobilize our forces if needed."

Magical Enforcement Beyond Aurors

The discussion then turned to law enforcement across the globe. Thaldrin, the dragon leader, rumbled, "We need more than just Aurors in Starios. A global force, with members from each continent, should be established to respond to threats beyond city borders."

Luna spoke up softly, "This peacekeeping force would ensure that any emerging conflicts or dangers across the continents are handled swiftly and fairly. It would foster cooperation between wizards and magical creatures alike."

Harry agreed. "We'll create a global peacekeeping force, made up of elite Aurors, magical creatures, and other combat experts. Their sole responsibility will be to maintain order and protect Mirithis as a whole, not just individual cities."

Training Grounds

With the peacekeeping force established, Draven raised the idea of training. "We'll need training facilities. Places where not only Aurors but all wizards, magical creatures, and others can hone their combat and defense skills."

Harry conjured an image of vast training grounds. "These facilities will be open to all. We'll have training for dueling, defense against dark magic, large-scale magical strategy, and creature-specific combat techniques. This will ensure that everyone in Mirithis is prepared to defend our world if the need arises."

Luxwin, the pixy leader, added excitedly, "Training together will also help build unity across the different cultures. Wizards learning from creatures, creatures learning from wizards—it'll strengthen our bonds."
