The early morning light shone over the growing city of Starios, casting long shadows from the half-constructed buildings and glinting off the magical tools that buzzed and hummed through the air. The community was in full swing, with witches, wizards, and magical creatures hard at work—some building, some exploring, others refining their spells to help smooth the construction process. Among the chaos, Max Russo was doing what he did best: finding creative, often unpredictable ways to help.

Max, wandering around the market area, kicked a small rock down the street. He had volunteered to help here and there with the city's construction, but with Justin taking charge of the academic plans and Alex always off on some adventure, Max found himself with a little too much free time. He knew he'd find something interesting soon—it was just a matter of wandering into it.

As he walked past a large building that was still being erected, Max noticed two familiar faces up ahead, surrounded by boxes, magical tools, and a lot of colorful fireworks that looked dangerously unstable.

Fred and George Weasley.

Max's eyes widened in recognition. The legendary Weasley twins were in the midst of constructing what looked like a bigger, more chaotic version of their joke shop. It was more than just Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes—this was Weasleys' Wizard World.

Max grinned. He had heard stories about their exploits in Diagon Alley back in the day, but he had never thought he'd run into them here, on Mirithis. He approached casually, eyeing the large crates filled with colorful products, enchanted toys, and strange potions that fizzed and glowed.

"Hey! You guys are Fred and George, right?" Max called out, waving.

Fred, who was levitating a particularly large box into place, glanced over. "Well, look at this, George. Looks like we've got ourselves another curious customer."

George, who was unpacking an enormous crate of what looked like self-firing fireworks, grinned. "Or maybe a potential partner in crime?"

Max's grin widened. "I think I could get used to working with you guys. What is this place?"

Fred gestured around proudly. "Welcome to Weasleys' Wizard World, my friend. Think of it as Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes—but with a world-sized upgrade."

"Bigger, better, and more chaotic than ever before," George added, clapping Max on the shoulder. "We're going to fill this place with enough magical mischief to make Starios the most entertaining city in the galaxy."

Max's eyes sparkled. "I'm in. Where do I start?"

Harry Feels the Chaos

Meanwhile, on the other side of Eldoria, Harry and his exploration group were deep in the forest, continuing their survey of the land. Luna, Neville, and a few others walked alongside him, carefully documenting new plants and magical creatures they discovered. The group had made significant progress in mapping out the natural wonders of Mirithis, but today felt different—there was a strange, electric energy in the air.

As Harry walked ahead of the group, his mind wandering over the plans for Starios and the progress of the city, he suddenly felt a shiver run down his spine. It was sharp, cold, and distinctly unsettling—like a warning. He stopped in his tracks, instinctively gripping his wand.

Luna, who had been admiring a nearby glowing flower, noticed Harry's pause and tilted her head in curiosity. "What's wrong, Harry?"

"I'm not sure," he replied slowly, his eyes scanning the treetops as if expecting something to leap out. "But I just had the strangest feeling. Like something... chaotic is about to happen."
