The morning sun bathed the city of Starios in a golden glow, its light reflecting off the sleek towers and intricate spires of the newly completed government buildings. Harry stood at the entrance of the capital city, taking in the breathtaking sight. Today, he would finally see the heart of Eldoria come to life. After months of hard work, the center of their world was finished, and Harry could hardly contain his excitement.

As he made his way down the wide cobblestone streets, Harry was greeted by a group of builders, architects, and craftsmen, all of whom had been instrumental in bringing the vision of Starios to life. The leader of the group, a stout man named Norin, approached with a wide smile, his magical drafting tools still hanging from his belt.

"Good morning, Mr. Potter," Norin said, shaking Harry's hand firmly. "We've been waiting for you. I hope you're ready for the grand tour!"

Harry smiled. "Absolutely, Norin. I've been looking forward to this."

Norin gestured to the first building in the distance. "Let's start with the Wizengamot Hall. I think you'll be quite pleased with how it turned out."

The Wizengamot Hall

As they approached the Wizengamot Hall, Harry couldn't help but be impressed by its imposing yet elegant design. The building was circular, with grand marble pillars supporting a domed roof. Intricate runes were carved into the walls, symbolizing justice, balance, and wisdom. The sheer presence of the structure demanded respect.

"Wow," Harry muttered, his eyes scanning the building.

Norin chuckled. "We wanted to make sure it reflected the gravity of the decisions that will be made here. The central hall is where the top leaders of Mirithis will meet to debate laws, policies, and settle disputes."

As they stepped inside, Harry marveled at the soaring ceilings and the intricate magical designs. The central chamber was a large circular room with rows of seats that climbed upward like a coliseum. At the center was a grand platform where the leaders would gather for official debates and voting sessions.

"That's where the magic happens," Norin said with a grin, pointing to the platform. "Quite literally. The room is enchanted with spells that ensure truthfulness and block any attempts at magical manipulation."

Harry nodded, impressed. "I love it. It's perfect. What are the floating orbs for?"

Norin pointed to the orbs hovering above the platform. "Those track every discussion. They record every word spoken, so there's always a clear record of what was said and decided. You can review any session at any time by simply calling it back."

Harry's smile widened. "This is exactly what we need."

The Ministry of Magic Building

Next, Norin led Harry to the Ministry of Magic building. It stood tall and imposing, made of dark stone, with spires that seemed to stretch toward the sky. It was designed to be the hub of magical government operations, with different wings for various departments.

"Here we are," Norin said, stopping at the grand entrance. "This is the backbone of the government. We've divided it into several departments, each handling key aspects of life on Mirithis."

Harry stepped inside, the vastness of the space immediately making an impression. The hallways were wide, and the ceilings high, with enchanted lamps casting a soft glow over everything. The Ministry felt both modern and timeless, a reflection of the new world they were creating.

Norin pointed to the large signposts directing visitors to various departments. "We've got the Department of Magical Law Enforcement down this wing, where the Aurors will be based. The Department of International Magical Cooperation is over there, handling relations between continents. There's also the Department of Mystical Artifacts, where ancient and powerful magical objects will be studied and stored."
