The Great Hall of Hogwarts brimmed with an energy unlike anything felt in centuries. Wizards, magical creatures, and beings from every corner of the world had gathered under one enchanted ceiling. The starry night reflected above as if welcoming them to the meeting that would decide the future of magic. Quiet murmurs echoed around the room, filled with the anticipation of what was about to begin.

At the front of the hall, Justin Russo sat at a small desk set up near the head of the table. He adjusted the parchment in front of him, his quill poised to capture every word. For all of Justin's magical achievements, this was something more significant—a moment in time he knew would be remembered for generations. History would be written here today.

Around the enormous circular table sat the most diverse gathering the magical world had ever seen. Wizards and creatures who had lived in isolation from one another now sat side by side, all drawn together by the same force—the fight to save their existence. Harry stood at the head of the table, his face calm but determined. He knew the enormity of what was about to happen.

Harry took a breath and nodded to Justin, who began.

"I'm Justin Russo, representing the wizarding community of North America," he announced, his voice steady. "I will be documenting today's meeting, ensuring that every word is recorded so we remember this pivotal moment in history."

Next, he introduced his siblings. "With me are my siblings, Alex and Max Russo."

Alex leaned back in her chair, giving a small wave. "Alex Russo, full wizard. Happy to be here," she said, her usual smirk softened by the importance of the moment.

Max, more casual as always, grinned. "Max Russo. Just here for the snacks—but also magic, of course," he added, earning a few chuckles from the crowd, easing the tension in the room slightly.

With the introductions from the Russos complete, it was time for the magical leaders to speak.

Luxwin, the pixy leader, hovered in the air above his seat, his small wings buzzing. His voice, though high-pitched, was filled with wisdom. "I am Luxwin, leader of the pixies. We pixies have always lived close to magic, and we have felt its fading in every flower and every tree. We are here because we know that without magic, we will wither."

Next to speak was Nymira, the faeries' leader. Her voice was like the wind through the trees, light yet firm. "I am Nymira of the faeries. We live in harmony with the natural world's magic, and we feel its dying breath in every forest and stream. We are here to ensure our magic does not disappear with this world."

A deep rumble filled the hall as Thaldrin, the leader of the dragons, spoke next. His immense presence filled the space with quiet power. "I am Thaldrin. We dragons have been guardians of magic since time immemorial. We have seen many changes, but never one so grave as this. We will not stand by and watch magic die. We are ready to protect this new world."

Seated beside him were Caelion and Cythra, leaders of the merpeople and sirens, their medallions glinting softly, transforming their sea-bound forms to something more humanoid. Caelion spoke first, his voice like the calm before a storm. "I am Caelion, leader of the merpeople. The oceans are vast, but they cannot escape the weakening magic. We have come because we seek a new beginning, one where the waters will thrive once more."

Cythra, with her haunting, melodic voice, followed. "I am Cythra of the sirens. Our songs have faded as magic has weakened. We come in search of a world where our voices can rise again, stronger than before."

Across the table, Lord Valon, the vampire leader, sat with an air of cool authority. His voice was cold and measured as he spoke. "I am Lord Valon, leader of the vampires. We have survived through centuries of change, but this threat is unlike any other. We are here to ensure the survival of our kind in a world where magic is still alive."
