Grimshade, the Primarch King of the trolls, stood on the rocky cliffs overlooking the wild expanse of Rukthor, the trolls' new continent. His gaze traveled over the jagged mountains, dense forests, and dark valleys, already envisioning a powerful kingdom in his mind. Behind him, his warlords, shamans, and clan leaders waited in anticipation, knowing this land would become their legacy.

He turned, his deep, commanding voice filling the air. "Trolls of Rukthor! Today, we lay the foundation of our home—a place where strength rules and loyalty endures. Here, we will forge our kingdom."

The trolls roared in agreement, the sound echoing through the mountains.

Tharok, Grimshade's High Chief, stepped forward, a determined expression on his face. "Primarch King, we will need a stronghold, a place where our strength and knowledge can be safeguarded and shared. The valley below would be ideal for a fortress."

Grimshade nodded, his gaze sweeping over the valley. "Then it shall be so. We will raise our capital here, deep in the heart of Rukthor. A fortress to guard and protect our people."

The High Chief's suggestion sparked a flurry of ideas among the other leaders. Zolgrak, the ancient warlock and shaman of the trolls, leaned on his twisted staff, his eyes filled with mystic energy. "Primarch King, the forests to the east pulse with the spirits of the old world. It would be a sacred place for the shamans."

"Agreed," Grimshade replied. "Let the shamans take the eastern forests as their domain. There, they will connect with the spirits and strengthen our magic."

Grimshade then raised his staff and continued with a solemn voice. "Our strength is in our unity and our hierarchy. Each troll has a place in Rukthor, and together we will thrive. I will formalize our structure, as we did in the ancient days of our people."

He turned to face his gathered trolls, laying out their hierarchy:

Primarch King – The supreme ruler of all trolls, protector of Rukthor, and guide to the trolls' strength. This role, held by Grimshade himself, represented the spirit and endurance of their people.

High Chief – Tharok, Grimshade's right hand, commands the warlords and enforces Grimshade's laws across the land.

Warlords – Fierce leaders of the troll clans, they oversee battles, enforce boundaries, and ensure that all trolls are prepared for war.

Warlocks – Led by Zolgrak, the Warlocks and shamans serve as spiritual advisors, channeling ancient magic and guarding sacred sites.

Shaman Council – A council of powerful shamans responsible for rituals and connecting with the spirits of the land. They guide trolls in matters of wisdom and tradition.

Clan Chieftains – Respected leaders within each clan who oversee daily life, maintain order, and rally their people in times of need.

Champions – The elite warriors, chosen for their immense strength and loyalty. They protect the Primarch King and serve as examples of troll might.

Elite Warriors – Seasoned fighters with unmatched skill, often training the younger trolls and defending the capital and sacred lands.

Wardens – Trolls tasked with guarding Rukthor's borders and patrolling the wild lands. They are vigilant, strong, and swift to defend.

Raiders and Hunters – Skilled scouts and trackers responsible for exploring, hunting, and securing resources. They protect against any encroachment into troll territory.

Common Trolls – The heart of troll society, who labor in stonework, hunting, and defense. They are responsible for building the cities, crafting weapons, and supporting all who come after.

Trainees – Young trolls who train to become warriors, hunters, or shamans. They learn the ways of Rukthor from their elders and prove their strength through trials.

Thralls and Captured Beasts – Those taken in battle or enslaved for various tasks. Thralls labor in the harsher lands, and beasts are tamed or used to protect the borders.

As Grimshade laid out each level of the hierarchy, the trolls listened with solemn attention, feeling the weight of their roles in this new world.

Branka, a chieftain and warrior, raised her voice, her eyes gleaming with pride. "Primarch King, what of our beasts and captives? Will they serve alongside us?"

Grimshade nodded. "Yes. We will use the thralls and beasts for labor, for strengthening our lands, and to protect our borders. Those who prove themselves may earn a place among us, but only through loyalty and strength."

With the hierarchy established, the leaders began discussing the practical needs of their new homeland. Grimshade turned to Tharok. "High Chief, choose the strongest of our warriors to establish an outpost in the northern highlands. Those lands will be our training grounds."

Tharok nodded. "It will be done, Primarch King. The warriors will know the land as well as their own strength."

Zolgrak then spoke up. "We shamans will bless the eastern forests with our magic and create places of learning and power for the younger shamans. It will be our sacred ground."

Grimshade's gaze moved southward. "And in the valleys below, we will place the pens for our thralls and beasts. They will labor, secure our defenses, and serve our people."

As they finalized their plans, Grimshade addressed the crowd one last time. "Our kingdom will be fierce, our strength unparalleled. We are Grimshade, rulers of Rukthor, and no force shall threaten us here."

The trolls roared in approval, each member stepping forward to begin their tasks, confident that this land would become a powerful troll kingdom.
