International Duties

Katie and Caitlin had been dating for a few weeks now, although they hadn't told anyone and planned of keeping it that way for a while. Katie and Caitlin both had international duty's coming up, which meant 2 weeks away from each other. And although that doesn't sound so bad, Katie and Caitlin were still in the honeymoon era of there relationship, meaning they couldn't even go to the toilet without the other following along. They did absolutely everything together and since starting dating they hadn't been separated. Neither girl was looking forward to this break, but especially Caitlin, not only was she going to be away from her girlfriend for 2 whole weeks, Katie was going to be at a camp with Ruesha, Katie's ex girlfriend the whole time.

It was now the night before both girls were set to leave for camp and they couldn't help but be miserable. As they both layed in bed, neither wanting to go to sleep, Katie spoke "You know I'm going to miss you a lot" Caitlin just looked a Katie and smiled, "yeh, I'm going to miss you to" Caitlin replied now resting her head on Katie's shoulder, "you promise to call me every night" Caitlin said now looking a Katie, "I promise" Katie replied kissing Caitlin's forehead. Both girls fell asleep that night wrapped in each other's arms for the last time in 2 weeks.

The next morning was a rush Caitlin had to leave really early, so Katie and Caitlin's goodbye was kind of a blur, it ended with a long hug and kiss goodbye before Caitlin left. As soon as Caitlin was out of the house Katie couldn't help but feel lonely, but she didn't have much to think before having to grab her bags and leave herself.

Caitlin arrived in Australian camp that afternoon, she had a room to herself like always, she loved having her own space, although she couldn't help but feel lonely without Katie. As she walked down to the chill room where a lot of the team were sitting, Mackenzie and Alannah, Caitlin's two best friends came and jumped on her. "Caityyy we missed you" Alannah said as she hugged her, caitlin didn't reply just fell into her friends embrace, smiling.

Katie arrived at camp late that night, she just so happen to arrive the same time as Ruesha. As the cameraman catching the Ireland teams arrivals zoomed in on Katie and ruesha, both girls felt extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't a secret that Katie and Ruesha had broken up, but the details about the breakup were kept quiet. Especially the fact that Katie had a new girlfriend. Both girls went there separate ways as soon as they walked through the doors getting out of the awkward situation as fast as possible, but that didn't last long as both girls walked out of their rooms which just so happened to be right next to each other, at the same time. Both ruining into Grace and Anna who were doing a Travel day vlog on Ireland's instagram. Anna and Grace stopped to put both girls in the vlog before walking away. Katie and Ruesha looked at each other before walking there separate ways once again.

That night Caitlin was heading to bed about to call Katie liked they promised, when new posts from the Ireland instagram page popped up. As she watched the reels she couldn't help but notice Katie standing next to rue in every clip of her. Caitlin thought this was weird because leading up to the camp Katie was talking about how awkward it was going to be for her and rue, but now looking at the videos, they seemed they couldn't be separated. Caitlin then looked at the comments to see a bunch of fans speculating that Katie and Rue are back together,  Caitlin couldn't help but feel jealous. After seeing that she didn't feel like calling Katie so turned her phone off and went to bed.

Back at Ireland camp the girls were having dinner, when once again Katie and ruesha were stuck on the same table. They didn't speak they hardly looked at each other just made small talk with the people next to them, before Katie excused her self to go to bed, although she was just going to ring Caitlin. When Katie got to her room, she got ready for bed than called Caitlin, she thought it was a bit weird Caitlin hadn't called her already, and when Caitlin didn't answer she couldn't help but feel a little hurt. She was the one that made Katie promise. Before Katie went to sleep she sent Caitlin a message. "Goodnight baby, I tried to ring and you didn't answer. Hope camp is fun. I love you x" Katie than put her phone down and went to sleep.
