Cheater

Caitlin and Katie were both exhausted sat on there couch, the season was finally over and both girls couldn't be happier. Although they love what they do, by the end of the season, it becomes very exhausting. Caitlin was heading off to Australia the next morning for some much needed family time before the Olympics, where as Katie was heading to Ibiza, with a few of her old friends. Meaning both girls would be separated for almost a month, though both girls were than heading to Mallorca, just the two of them, and the sun. They couldn't wait. But first they had to say goodbyes.

Caitlin's alarm went of early the next morning, waking both Caitlin and Katie up. Katie stayed in bed while caitlin got the last of her things packed up, before both girls got in the car to drive to the airport. Katie parked the car and both girls got out to say there goodbyes, "I hate this part, maybe I should just go with you" caitlin said holding Katie's hand, "No, you need this, I'm going to miss you so much, but family time is important and I can't wait to see what you get up to" Katie said now bringing caitlin into a hug and kissing her forehead. "I love you so much" Caitlin said into Katie's shoulder letting a few tears fall, "I love you to cait, ring me when you land, goodbye my girl" Katie said now letting go of caitlin, caitlin just nodded before grabbing her bags and saying bye before walking to her gate at the airport.

Katie left for Ibiza later that day, just before she left to go out that night she got a text from caitlin, "I arrived, I miss you" Katie was in a rush so didn't have time to reply, she ran out of the villa they were staying in, planning on replying to her on the way. Before she knew it she was pissed, having fun with her old friends. Dancing and singing not even thinking about being seen. Katie continued to drink till the early hours of the morning, leaving her extremely hungover the next morning, well afternoon by the time she woke up.

Caitlin stayed up that night waiting for Katie's text back, when she saw she had read the message but didn't reply she was a little hurt, but put her phone away and continued to spend time with her family. It wasn't until the next morning when Katie still hadn't replied, she started to worry. She thought of anything she might've done to upset Katie, but while she was in her train of overthinking, Jamie her older sister, tapped her on the leg. "Whatcha thinking about cait" Jaime said sensing the worry on her sisters face, "Oh nothing" Caitlin said smiling and walking away. It wasn't until later that day did Caitlin go on her phone again, still no reply. She started to get angry, she didn't like being away from Katie, but here Katie was completely ignoring her. She walked out of the room she was sitting in and up to her bedroom slamming the door behind her, a few minutes later Jaime walked in, "Cait, talk to me" Jaime said, "Katie's ignoring me" Caitlin mumbled into her pillow, "what do you mean" Jaime said, "I texted her like 5 times and she hasn't replied to any, she read the first one and ignored it", Caitlin said now sitting up looking at her sister. "Caitlin she's in Ibiza on break, don't you think maybe she would be a little hungover this morning, I mean she probably hasn't even woken up yet." Jaime said looking at Caitlin who just nodded, "come on let's go back downstairs", Jaime said holding out her hand for Caitlin to take.

Katie had finally woken up with a raging headache, she walked downstairs to get some water and Panadol before laying out in the sun. She fell asleep again soon after.

It was now night in australia and Caitlin hadn't heard from Katie the whole time she'd been away, as she was scrolling aimlessly trying to make time go quicker while she waited for Katie to text her back, she came across a video of Katie dancing at Ibiza, with another girl. The caption wrote, Katie McCabe cheating on Caitlin Foord, the comments were filled with people taking the piss out of Caitlin for being with a cheater. Caitlin didn't even get a good look at the video, she just read the words and her eyes filled with tears. Caitlin's mum and sister both walked into the living room after washing up the dinner plates to see Caitlin staring at her phone balling. Jaime immediately wrapped her arms around Caitlin, while her mum grabbed the phone to see what she was looking at, "Caitlin babe, don't jump to conclusions, just talk to Katie first" Simone Caitlin's mum said, Jaime looked at what was on the phone before, looking back at Caitlin, "I can't to talk to her, she isn't replying to me, I haven't heard from her this whole trip". Caitlin said making her cry even more. Finally when Caitlin calmed down, Jamie took her up to bed and layed with her till she fell asleep. Caitlin woke up through the night to check if Katie had replied to her, still no text. She than went to instagram to see more photos and videos of Katie, she couldn't help but think maybe the rumours were true, why else would Katie be ignoring her. She started crying again waking Jaime up. "Cait you gotta stop looking at that, it's just going to make things worse" Jaime said taking the phone while getting a look at the pictures, Katie was just dancing with another girl, they were both clearly drunk but it could definitely be interpreted both ways. Caitlin didn't say anything at first, just moving closer to Jaime, who held her tighter. "Do you think she actually did" Caitlin said as her voice cracked looking up at her sister, Jaime pulled Caitlin in closer, "I really hope not" was all Jaime said. Both girls finally got back to sleep.
