IVY REALLY WONDERED HOW SHE GOT HERSELF INTO SOME SITUATIONS. She had gone with Bellamy, Clarke, Murphy, and Emori to go and get Raven, but they had been attacked by infected people on the way. They were rescued by Echo who had literally appeared out of nowhere and asked to be saved by them. They had given her radiation suit, but they had bigger problems to worry about when Emori began coughing. Murphy's eyes went wide in panic. "No. No, No! Hey, hey. Hey, hey, Clarke. How is this possible? She's wearing a suit."
"The seal of her helmet's torn," Clarke answered after a quick examination of the suit. That really was not good. That meant that they had no more suits and officially royally screwed.
"We just need tape, that's all," Murphy assured his girlfriend. Ivy knew that it was not the right time, but she was really shocked by how much he cared about her. She did not think that Murphy was capable of human emotion. "You're gonna be fine."
The redheaded girl sighed because they had left pretty much everything useful back at the bunker. They probably should have thought ahead in case one of them go stabbed or something and needed to patch up their suit. "We don't have any tools or any weapons."
"So we give her the extra suit, then," the boy concluded, and before any of them could protest and remind them that they no longer had another suit, he cut them off and stormed over to the woman that had it on. "Yes, we do! Take it off now."
"I saved your life," Echo reminded him as Ivy grabbed Murphy's arm and held him back before he tore up another one of their suits. That was the last thing that they needed. If she was being honest, she would rather Emori have Echo's suit, but it was not up to her.
"What were you gonna do if we didn't get attacked huh? I mean, you guys really think she was following us out of the kindness of her heart?" the boy asked them, and he had a really good point. She probably only saved them because the opportunity for her to get a suit arose. "No. She was gonna attack us the second that we stopped! Give me the suit!"
He dove toward the woman, and the Bishop girl was really struggling to hold him back. Finally, Bellamy had to step in and help. "Hey! Murphy! Murphy! No! Look. You cut that suit, and it saves no one!"
"I'm not letting her die!" the other boy shouted back, and again, Ivy was shocked by how much he cared about Emori. It was making her feel really lonely at the moment, but it was not the time to think about that or Bellamy or anything but surviving.
"Neither am I," Clarke cut in, and they all turned around to see her taking off her suit. All of their eyes widened, and Ivy jogged over to her to try and stop her from exposing herself. The air outside them was toxic, and they did not have any more suits, at least not until Monty, Harper, and Enzo got to them. "I have nightblood."
Ivy clarified, "Untested nightblood."
"We're testing it right now. Take off her helmet. There. Quick," Clarke ordered, and Ivy sighed, knowing better than to fight with Clarke. If the nightblood worked, then they might be able to save a lot of people. However, if it didn't...well, Ivy did not want to think about what would happen if it didn't.
