Back in the city, Taehyung and Y/N returned to their usual routines, feeling rejuvenated by their time away. The memories of their quiet, blissful days in the countryside lingered, giving them strength to face whatever lay ahead. Yet, the mention of a "surprise" from Taehyung's manager kept them on edge, their minds running through possibilities as they tried to guess what it could be.

The next day, Taehyung received a call from his manager, instructing him to meet at a private venue. He looked at Y/N, curiosity gleaming in his eyes. "Do you want to come with me? I have a feeling this is going to be interesting."

Y/N nodded, equally curious and excited. They arrived at the address, an elegant event hall decked out with lights and decorations. A banner hung above the entrance, reading, "Exclusive Interview with Kim Taehyung – Behind the Scenes."

Y/N turned to him, eyes wide. "An interview? And they didn't tell you?"

Taehyung was just as surprised, his brows furrowing. "Not a word." His manager rushed over, grinning as if he'd planned the world's greatest surprise.

"Taehyung! Y/N! I'm glad you're here. We're doing a private interview, one where you can finally tell your side of the story—your real story."

Taehyung's eyes softened in understanding. He'd faced misunderstandings, speculations, and even threats because of his public image. Perhaps this was his chance to clear things up. Glancing at Y/N, he gave them an encouraging smile. "What do you think? Are you okay with this?"

They nodded, squeezing his hand. "Yes. If you're ready, then so am I."

The interview began, and Taehyung answered questions candidly. He spoke of his journey, his struggles with fame, and his gratitude for those who stood by him. When the interviewer asked about his relationship with Y/N, he paused, meeting Y/N's gaze before responding.

"Y/N is more than just a part of my life—they're my peace, my strength, and my happiness. We've been through so much together, but it's only made us stronger. I want the world to know that my feelings for them are real, and nothing will change that."

Y/N's heart swelled as they listened to his words. The audience watched in silence, sensing the genuine bond between them. As the interview concluded, Taehyung held Y/N's hand, feeling as if a weight had lifted. For the first time, he felt free.

But as they left the hall, Taehyung's phone buzzed. He glanced at the screen, his expression shifting from calm to shock.

"What is it?" Y/N asked, concern filling their voice.

Taehyung turned to them, his voice barely above a whisper. "Someone's leaking photos of our time in the countryside. They've captured everything."

The joy of the interview faded, replaced by a wave of dread. Whoever was behind this knew every detail of their private life—and they wouldn't stop until Taehyung and Y/N's bond was tested to its limits.
