In the days that followed the press conference, Taehyung and Y/N faced a rollercoaster of reactions from fans and the media. Support and doubt mixed in equal parts as people weighed in on the drama. Some fans defended them fiercely, while others couldn't help but question the truth.

Taehyung had never felt more exhausted. Every time he looked at his phone, his feed was flooded with updates, opinions, and arguments. But through it all, Y/N was by his side, a constant source of strength.

One evening, as they sat together in the quiet of their apartment, Y/N noticed the weight in Taehyung's eyes. "Are you okay?" they asked softly, reaching out to hold his hand.

Taehyung managed a small smile, though it didn't reach his eyes. "I just... didn't realize how hard it would be to prove the truth. Jihoon's words have cut deeper than I thought."

Y/N squeezed his hand reassuringly. "Remember, we're in this together. You don't have to face this alone."

He looked at them, feeling a surge of warmth and gratitude. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

Just then, Taehyung's manager called again. "Taehyung, I have some news," he said cautiously. "Jihoon released another statement... and it's not pretty. He's claiming that he has proof that you faked the entire relationship."

Taehyung's heart sank. "Proof? What proof could he possibly have?"

"He claims he has texts and photos that show this relationship was all part of a 'business deal.' He's setting up a press conference tomorrow."

Y/N's face paled, and Taehyung felt a surge of anger. Jihoon was relentless, willing to do anything to tarnish them.

But Y/N straightened up, determination blazing in their eyes. "If he wants a battle, we'll give him one. Let's go to that press conference. Let's confront him."

Taehyung nodded, feeling a renewed resolve. "You're right. If he's going to attack us, we'll fight back. Together."

The next day, as they approached the conference hall, Taehyung took Y/N's hand. They stood side by side, ready to face Jihoon and the media. They weren't backing down, and this time, they would make sure the truth was undeniable.

As they entered the room, the cameras flashed, reporters whispering among themselves, sensing the tension in the air. Jihoon glanced at them from across the room, a smug smile on his face, clearly confident in his plan.

But Taehyung and Y/N exchanged a look, ready to fight for each other and the truth. This battle was far from over, and they were about to turn the tables.
