Kat's POV

I woke up from my dream, or should I say, flashback.

"Hello?" I said, looking into the darkness. I stood up slowly as pain shot throw my body. My head was swimming and there was barely any feeling in my arm. What the hell happened?

"Tyler? Adam? Alesa? S-" I remembered now. Sam.  She was the one who did this. But why?

I started to walk around. Suddenly I ran into something. My hand turned into a torch, allowing me to see what I had run into.

"What the hell?" I stared at my reflection in the mirror.  I was a mess.  Hair cut at the edges, shorts tattered at the ends, sweatshirt torn badly, and I looked very beat up. I took my sweatshirt off (which it really didn't look yellow anymore) and tied it around my waist.  Taking a piece of my shoelace, I was able to tie my messy, light blonde hair into a ponytail.

"I took it off again." I said softly. I smiled remembering the last time I took my yellow sweatshirt off in public. I discarded the memory and focused on the task at hand, finding everyone else.

But to do that I would need to find out where I was.

I moved my hand across the glass. My arm dangled on my side, burning like a torch. It hurt to move it so I let that be the hand with the fire.

Desperately looking for a way out for what felt like a half an hour, the ground started to shake.

"What the hell?" Something started to push against my hand. I tried to push back but I was still being being pushed...somewhere. Was it the glass moving?

Looking forward, I saw a reflection of me start to come closer.

"Crap!" I put my feet up against the moving mirror. My feet pounded against the glass, but nothing was working. There was a magic concealment spell locking me in here so teleportation was not an option.

"Damn it." Nothing could stop it. My M was low already so I couldn't do much of anything. Not only that but my arm was seriously injured.

My knees went to my chest. I braced myself for the impact.

But then it stopped.

I breathed heavily and looked around. What the hell? My feet dropped to the ground as, what I believe was a container now, moved the walls back a bit. Standing up now, I pounded my fist against all the walls. Nothing.

Again something started to move. The container jerked left, causing me to land on my arm. I yelped in pain. What was happening now?

The container began to lower itself. The top and bottom disappeared, causing me to fall onto a metal platform. The rest of the container was brought down and locked in place. I looked up to see a metal platform up there too along with a light that blinded me when it turned on. What the hell was going on?

Sam's POV

I snickered at her fear. It was quite a show. Especially when she was certain she would be crushed as the walls moved in.

"You know we need her alive right?" I turned around to see Jace up against the wall.

"Oh let me have a little fun."

"Sam we need to be serious about this. That witch is the key to Master's plan." I turned away from the control panel and sighed.

"Fine. But I've got to tell you I'm enjoying the dark side." Jace looked up and smirked. I stood up and walked over to the door.

"Welcome." He pecked a kiss on my cheek. I turned my head toward him and smiled.

"Watch her for me. I've got to report this to Master."

"That's what I'm here for." I smirked and ran down the hall.

"Master!" I yelled, barging through the door. Suddenly, my body was lifted off the ground and I couldn't breath.

"How many times do I have to tell you not to barge in like that." He replied with a sneer. I felt like I was about to faint.

"S-orry...it...w-w-o'nt....ha-appen... Again..." I managed to get out. My body was dropped to the ground. I gasped for air and started to cough uncontrollably.

"What is it that you want." I could hear the anger in his voice. Terrified, I picked myself up and cleared my throat.

"Everything is set up and put into place. Just waiting for your approval to start the operation." He turned around and glared at me. I shifted uncomfortably.

"Let me do something first. Then we will carry on with the operation. Now leave my sight."

"Ok sir." And with that I was locked out of the room with one flick of the wrist.

"Warlocks..." I mumbled and made my way back to the control room.

The plan was finally about to begin.
