Ch.9

Kat's POV

I was awaken by a large THUD. I quickly opened my eyes and looked down at the body that had fallen. Of course, it was Sam. She was still sleeping though. This is why the orphanage took the bunk beds out of our room. I got up and poked her in the face, multiple times. She woke up when I accidentally poked her in the eye.

"What the hell was that?" Sam yelled as she put her hand over her eye. I pointed to the top bunk.

"Oh. Yea sorry about that."

"Sam! Kat! Hurry up and come in here for breakfast!." Adam yelled from the other room. Sam and I got up and walked into the small kitchen.

"Hurry up and eat. We have to leave in 15 minutes." Alesa said.

"Where's Adam?" I asked, taking a bite of my waffle.

"In his room getting ready. Oh don't worry about your passes. We are VIP so we each can bring one person for free."

"Good." Sam said. We finished eating and went into our room to get dressed. Sam kept on her shadow hunter gear since she was going to see the actors and the author of the Mortal Instruments. I just put on yellow shorts, yellow and white shoes, a yellow hoodie with a duck face on the back, and grabbed my black and yellow headphones along with my phone.

"Why do you wear shorts and a hoodie with a blood, thirsty duck on the back?" Sam said stepping back. Hating ducks is a shadow hunter thing.

"I don't know. Why are you going to wear your shadow hunter gear?"

"Cause I wanna."

"Ok then. Don't tell people your a real shadow hunter and keep your serif blade here."

"Ok." Sam sighed. We walked into the main room and saw Adam run out of his room followed by Alesa.

"Come on guys hurry up! I can't be late for the panel." He yelled as he ran out the door.

"Why...." I started, but Alesa cut in.

"The people who run the Minecraft booth asked him if he would do a panel this morning, at 8:30."

"Oh. Makes sense since he just hit 10 million subs." I said.

"Guys we need to go. Like now. It's already 7:25 and it's an hour ride there." Sam said as she pushed us out the door.

~Time Skip~ At Pax

"Ok you guys stay with Alesa I have to go to my panel." Adam said as he ran off toward where the panel was being held.

"Ok we need to get your VIP passes so lets go." Alesa said. We walked over to where you had to get passes. When we were done we went to the minecraft booth to buys some stuff. Sam just sat there and waited.

"How long is this gunna be?" She whined.

"About an hour. That's when Adam comes back." Alesa said. Sam sighed once again. You can probably tell she isn't a fan of the game.

"Come on. Let's buy you some new headphones, since you broke your other ones." I said while rolling my eyes. That was the thing she tried to cut when she first used her serif blade.

"Hey they were old anyways!"

"Yea yea. Now let's go."

~Yet Another Time Skip~

We walked out of the store and I had a huge bag while Sam and Alesa had small ones. Hey, I'm a fan of Adam. You got to expect this. I just bought a few shirts, some beanies, and a new mic. I was going to start my youtube channel once we got back to Seattle.

"So when is Adam coming." Sam asked. She had her new black headphones on her neck. It was the only thing that didn't have a minecraft symbol on it that she would buy.

"He should be here....." Alesa started.

"Hey guys!" Adam said, running over to us.

"Hey how was the panel?" I asked.

"Good, but I have another one in a few minutes."

"Aw come on! I just wanna see Jamie Cambell Bower!" Sam said while flailing her arms.(U get a cookie if u know this)

"Fine. Since the panel is really just with me because they had a change in their schedule, I'll take Kat with me and Alesa will take you to see him."

"P..p..panel?" I was freaking out. What if his fans didn't like me? I wasn't ready, I just was part of one of his videos yesterday!

"Yes! Now let's go." Sam grabbed Alesa's hand before she could protest and started walking to the Mortal Instruments booth.

"Kat you'll be fine. I promise." Adam hugged me and we went to the place where the panel was being held.

Sam's POV - still walking to the Mortal Instruments booth. Ps I would like to thank Sam again for writing this part! No one get offended if you don't know any of this.

Ok Sam calm down and act like you don't care. Oh shit I'm wearing my gear!

"Alesa" I say.

"If Jamie Cambell Bower is there (u weird minecraft lovers get a cookie or something like that - Sam🍪🍪) I need to play it cool ya know? Anyway I need new clothes." She looks at me first confused then understands and takes me into a store that's not for minecraft.

"Here put these on." She says. I do and I must say they are much to my taste. Black jeans, and a pink short sleeve shirt with a black jacket on top, it's perfect. (No u asshats I'm not goth) I run over and hug Alesa.

"Thank you so much." I say.

"It was nothing now go get in line while I pay for these."

~Time Lasp~

I'm next in line. I can't wait, my heart's pounding. Ugh, I'm never like this. I need to act like I don't care at all.

"Hi I'm Cassandra Clare and this is Jamie." The lady says. Oh my God oh my God.

"Hi I'm Jamie." eek!

"Oh you play that guy Jace in the movie." Nice, I'm better than I thought. Jamie put his hand over his heart in mock hurt.

"You don't love me? They all love me." Oh really??

"I like Alec better (Another cookie for that minecraft weirdos!) is Kevin Zeggers here too??" I ask even though I really didn't care that much.

"I'm afraid not, just Jamie." Cassandra Clare says and signs my book and poster then Jamie does the same.

"Ok you got lucky. Your the last one till after lunch." She says.

"Thanks so much!" I leave and as I'm walking, a hand grabs my wrist.

"Hey I never got your name." Jamie says. Damn he was hot.

"Sam." I say.

"Well Sam I'd like to get to know you better so here's my number so call me." He puts his number into my hand.

"Or we could meet for lunch so you can get cleaned up." I say.

"Cleaned up? I look amazing, you just can't handle my hotness."

"Oh yes it's blinding." I say.

"See you for lunch."

"Yup." I say then hurry to Alesa.

"What was that about?" She says.

"He gave me his number and we have a lunch date."

"Awesome! Now let's go meet him at the café. Adam and Kat are going to be like 2 hours." She says and we start walking to the café.

A/N

So I've never been to Pax or anything like that so I'm just gunna make the panel up. From what I know Adam did have something like this at the latest Pax East that was held in Boston this year, I think. So bear with me cause I have no clue what the panels or booths are like. Another shoutout goes to Sam! Anyways,
