Tyler's POV
"Fresh air feels so good." I say, stretching my arms out and pulling Kat close to me. She looked up and smiled.

"It's only been 2 weeks." Sam said behind me. I guess we only had one good moment when I woke up.

"I'm just glad that you guys can finally come home." Adam says and unlocks his jeep. Alesa was in the passengers seat while Sam, Kat, and I got in the back.

"Wait, you never told us how bad the damage was from the explosion." Kat said from between me and Sam.

"The only damage to the house was your room. We replaced most of your things like clothes and furniture, but luckily your phones were downstairs and Kat's computer was in the shop." Alesa said trying to reassure Sam and Kat that everything was ok. Sam was completely fine but Kat started to freak out.

"Is my mic and headset ok? What about my art supplies? My laptop?"

"Kat, they just said they replaced most of our things. I'm pretty sure that stuff was part of it." Sam put her hand on Kat's back while she just held her head. For a witch that is wanted dead, she sure worries about the littlest things.

"She's right. There's nothing to worry about." Adam said as he parked in the driveway.
I helped Kat out of the car so she could take a minute to calm down.

"Wow that part of the house looks new." Sam pointed to their room. Kat franticly looked up and glared angrily at Sam. I heard her whisper something to herself but suddenly Sam disappeared.

"Kat." She looked up at me and smiled innocently. Adam just laughed at the little kitten that was chasing a butterfly in the yard.

"Even though she's really cute I'm afraid you still need to change her back." Alesa picked up the black and pink kitten and brought her in the house.

"Honestly she looks a lot better that way." I looked down at Kat and she jabbed me in the gut. How sweet.

"You guys just can't help yourselves." She smiled and shook her head.

"Your always gunna have the two friends who fight." I say and we walk inside.

Sam's POV
I walked around the room waiting for the two lovebirds to come inside. I'll have to admit it's kinda cool being a cat but I really wanna change back before I go and eat a mouse or something.

The door finally opened and I rushed to Kat. She looked down and smiled.

"Do you regret making that joke?" I shook my furry head signaling no. Sadly that was probably the wrong choice.

"Maybe you should keep her as a cat. She doesn't regret it." I got my claws out and was ready to shred the geek into a million pieces. Suddenly my pink paws turned into hands and my claws fingernails. Well there goes my little death plan.

"Don't think I didn't know what you were about to do." Kat glared at me once more before going upstairs to see our new room. Tyler kinda just froze.

"What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?"

"You almost did if Kat hadn't turned you back." He started to walk toward Adam's office. "But I like dogs more."

After our little quarrel, I ran up stairs to see Kat already on her computer. As usual, I looked over her shoulder for a second and got up on my new bed. And yes, it is a bunk bed.

"So how's life being a cat?"

"Pretty cool but I'm pretty sure you know how it's like Kat." She turned around and rolled her eyes. I'm very good at these sort of games.
