Azalea and Aubrey sat in the corner of a Chick-fil-A, talking amongst themselves as they ate their lunch. Azalea had decided, like every year, to take Aubrey out for the whole day and whenever Aubrey was at her house, she'd make her favorites. It was almost a tradition. Azalea and Aubrey would spend the whole day together and at night, Aubrey would spend it with her friends or girlfriend at a bar or wherever they went. Azalea had already made Aubrey her five star breakfast and now they were taking a break from driving around the city and having lunch.
As always, Azalea spent the day spoiling Aubrey in whatever she wanted. And she didn't complain. How could she when Aubrey was always so generous, gave and paid for Azalea almost all the time. So, obviously, Aubrey took the time to get whatever she wanted, not particularly caring if Azalea went bankrupt.
They soon left Chick-fil-A and headed over to the mall where Aubrey went on a huge shopping spree. The girl was conscious of what she was doing but it was the only time of the year she could spend Azalea's money.
Azalea sighed heavily as she watched Aubrey smile cheekily, slowly walking into the shoe store. She gave her an unamused look as she reluctantly followed after her older sister. "You better get something you actually don't have." Azalea said quietly as they entered the dimly lit store.
"Uh-uh. I'll get what I want." Aubrey said placing a hand on her chest as she walked over to the shoe wall.
Azalea groaned, her eyebrows pinching as she looked at the shoe wall. She looked at the shoes, like really looked at them. Some looked better than others for sure. Azalea could only hope that Aubrey would pick some that were actually good and not ugly because she would not pay for crappy looking shoes.
She let Aubrey do her thing, watching her get shoe after shoe, telling the person attending them who worked there her shoe size. Azalea immediately stopped her when she saw what Aubrey was holding. "Aubrey, what the heck! You already have like five pairs of those." She hissed quietly, making sure to not get anyone's unwanted attention.
