Chapter Seven! real life.
Never once had Azalea stressed over an outfit as she is now.
She couldn't, for the love of God, decide what to wear. She didn't want to seem too overdressed or too underdressed either. The team, with Azalea and Kayla included, were going to hibachi restaurant KK had recommended earlier today. Aubrey had also mentioned that she'd be meeting two more new members of the UConn basketball team—a freshman and a graduate senior—assuming it'd be Kaitlyn and Allie, so she wanted to look presentable.
Totally not to get a certain someone's attention.
At least she told herself.
After making a mess in her closet, she finally decided for a simple off the shoulder black top, with some low raised jeans and a small belt around her jeans and finally with a small pink shoulder bag. She didn't have anything in it other than her lipliner, gum, hand cream and some other essential things, knowing she'd just ask Aubrey to pay for her food and as her older sister, it was practically her job to pay for Azalea.
As for her hair and makeup she kept it simple using a little bit of concealer and blush, keeping a natural look with some lipliner and lip gloss. Her braids were tied in a loose braid that were gathered on one side.
Now she just had to wait for Aubrey to come pick her up.
Paige had decided to tag along with Azzi and Aubrey to pick up Azalea and then head to the restaurant. This would be the first time they'd hang out together. Although the rest of the team was going to be there as well, Paige knew she'd probably stick to Azalea, much to Aubrey's displeasure. But, she didn't really care.
She too stressed over her outfit for the night but had decided to keep it simple with an oversized pink sweatshirt that was from Nike, black cargo pants and a black crossbody bag. She kept her hair in a low ponytail with two front pieces framing her face.
Paige on the other hand wasn't afraid to admit that she probably did make sure to look good for Azalea. Everyone already knew that she was down bad, so what was the point in denying it?
As they arrived at the apartment complex Azalea lived at, Paige watched as Aubrey pulled out her phone to text Azalea that they were already here, yet Paige had other plans, per usual.
"Actually, I'll go get her." Paige said opening the door of the backseat she sat at.
"What?" Both Aubrey and Azzi said, though Azzi was more amused and Aubrey was not.
