Chapter 36: Iron Maiden

The City, Minerva Arena

Aurora laid down with her mouth open, saliva dripping and her gaze lost. Even in the silence of the arena a "She killed her" could be heard around.

The referee stood up quickly, ready to announce the end of the fight, but he stumbled when a hand grabbed his leg tightly and pulled him down.

-I don't give up!

Aurora gave a strong kick right to the "lock" that her opponent's ankles were making to maintain the scissors, then proceeded to do something that neither Bunny nor anyone else had noticed; she had her hand placed between the bend of the forearm and the hand that was making the lock, pushing it with the strength she had; thereafter, she roll backwards and escape the hold. The audience, in shock, applauded and cheered loudly. Bunny was in disbelief.

-But...

Bunny tried not to let that take her concentration away, so she got without noticing that, almost on autopilot, Aurora got behind her, grabbed her from behind and threw her in a German Suplex several meters away, almost hitting the cage. The audience roared.

-Let's fucking go!

-Fucking knew it! I knew she wasn't going to lose!

The whole audience was euphoric; Chocolate applauded from her box and even Attila himself gave a huge round of applause at what he saw. Viktoria was speechless, Armando couldn't believe it either; Diana and Alan, on the other hand, were cheering loudly.

-That's it! Rorris got up!

-Come on, damn it!

-... wow...

-Definitely – Viktoria answers Armando.

Backstage the girls were also celebrating.

-¡A huevo, mi pinche Rorris! ¡Lo sabía, chingada madre!

-Aurora you careless idiot –Marissa, despite the complaint, smiled.

And in the cage, Aurora was lying down, trying to catch her breath, while Bunny stood up.

The crowd cheered ferociously again.

The two of them, adopting a wrestling stance, collided in a fierce Lock Up, which was won by Bunny with a takedown, only for Aurora to escape and put her in a Sprawl Position, from which Andrea escaped by turning her body aggressively and now trying another Guillotine Choke, to which She-Wolf responded by rolling forward and ending up on her back on floor; this would be a disadvantage, if it weren't for the fact that she placed her arms under her rival's thighs, pushing her above her to escape and take her in an Ankle Lock.

-Aaaah!

-Give up?

Her response was rolling forward to throw her opponent in the same direction, wanting to go for her own Ankle Lock, from which Aurora escapes and places her opponent in a grounded headlock; despite the basic nature of the hold, it was a strong enough to make it look like she was trying to rip Andrea's head off; she managed to break free of by forcing her hand between her head and her opponent's arm to let the sweat do its thing, slipping away and taking She-Wolf in a Half Nelson Choke.
