Minerva Arena, The City
Chocolate was giving her classic closing speech to the attendees, while, Backstage, the girls were meeting after the last fight. Aleconda and Tamaki arrived at the same time, greeted with applause by everyone.
-You were both incredible! –Hikaru praises.
-Thank you, but I think the one who should take all the flowers is Kodaira –the Brazilian places her hand on the Japanese's shoulder.
-Stop being so humble, Ale –Demeter says, with her hands on her waist.
Amidst all the conversation, Marissa stands in front of Aleconda, who smiles at the young girl sadly.
-Sorry if I disappointed you...
Marissa shakes her head and hugs the black-haired woman.
-Don't say those things, you would never disappoint me. You are the example I want to follow to keep fighting until the end.
Ale was stunned for just a moment, watching all the girls as they looked at her with a glance that showed support. The Brazilian girl reciprocates, burying her face in the girl's shoulder.
-And I will continue fighting, Marissa. For you, for me, for them...
Tamaki watched the scene with a feeling of inner peace, then, looked at Dragana, who also had a similar face.
Ale let go of her friend, having managed to prevent the others from seeing that she shed a couple of tears.
-Well, I think there will be some fights pending for the future. For example, against one of you three - she points to Blazer, Aurora and Dragana.
-There is always one more day to fight - says Dragana.
-Hmm, I think I have a slight idea of where you got that phrase from; I would like there to be more than a few days to continue fighting, but as long as we can, we will.
-Tamaki, you were great too –Marissa tells the Japanese girl-. You better beat Ekaterina and prove that you beat Ale for a reason.
-Domo arigato gozaimasu, Marissa-san –at that, Tamaki feels how Artemis stood beside her-. Sophia...
-We are all proud of you, of Ale; of all of you –appointing all of the Amazon's Coliseum roster-. You girls are great, don't forget it. There are only 4 left, 3 of them in their first tournament, but 3 are young promises that, if you want, could carry the weight of this place if it survives.
-And we will make it survive –Aurora says with determination.
-¡Eso, mamona! ¡Puro pinche Amazon's Coliseum a la verga, compa! –Blazer gives her particular warcry.
-¡Así se habla, wachina! –Vivi seconds-. Also, remember that, when you least expect it, I'll be in the semi-finals too.
-¿Cuantas copas tenés vos?
-More than your shitty national football team, Laura.
Everyone laughs at the two Latin Americans' jokes.
-Ah, that's right –Hikaru says-. I heard your cell phone ringing several times, Are-san.
-I think I know who it is. Marissa, I'll be back in a moment, but I just want to tell you that it depended on my victory if I stayed until the final or went to Brazil to fix some things.
-What, are you leaving?
-I'll be back as soon as possible; at the latest, on the day of the final. But I want to do everything possible to see you two in action –Ale points to Dragana and Aurora.
