"You okay?" Daryl asks quietly.

Adrianna nods. "Yeah."

"I'm okay."

"I know." She says with a big smile.

He scrunched his eyebrows in confusion. "How?"

"Cause I'm okay too." Her words brought them both to a small chuckle as they approached a small sign.

After the night they had, they kept moving m. They wanted to get to Terminus. It was the only chance they had.

"We're getting close. Be there before sundown." Daryl points at the map.

"Now we head through the woods." Rick nods to the trees. "We don't know who they are."

————————

After walking for about an hour more, they finally came across the building. The walked around the gate to the backside. It was empty and quiet.

"We all spread out. Watch for a while, see what we see and get ready. We all stay close." Rick ordered.

They all took off their own way, but stayed close by. Their eyes scanned the place ferociously for any sign of anything dangerous.

————————

After doing the sweep, they didn't see much. Nothing caught their eye as immediate danger. They hopped the back fence, carefully and quietly.

Walking into what seemed like the main building the door opened with a squeak. Weapons raised, they rushed in quickly and looked for any life. "Terminus. Those who arrive, survive." The sound echoed from the end of the hallway. "Follow the tracks to the point where all lines intersect." The group nodded forward and crept down the hallway.

"They're are maps at the crossings to help guide you with your journey. Sanctuary for all, community for all. Those who arrive, survive. Terminus." A lady was revealed as the turned the corner into a warehouse type room.

"Hello?" Rick called out quietly at first. "Hello?" This time Rick called it out louder.

Everyone's attention turned to them. "Well, I bet Albert is on perimeter watch." A clean man stepped up from the people. "You here to rob us?" He looked the dirty and armed group over.

"No." Rick shook his head. "We wanted to see you before you saw us." He explained.

"Makes sense." The man nodded. "Usually we do this where the tracks meet." He cleared his throat. "Welcome to Terminus. I'm Gareth. Looks like you've been on the road for a good bit."

"We have." Rick looked back at the group. "Rick, that's Carl, Daryl, Adrianna, and Michonne." He introduced the group.

The mans eyes scanned the face in front of him.
"You're nervous. I get it, we were all the same way." He tried to relate. "We came here for sanctuary, is that what you're here for?"

"Yes."

"Good. You found it." He smiled. "Hey, Alex." He motioned for a man to walk over. "This isn't as pretty as the front. We got nothing to hide, but the welcome wagon is a whole lot nicer." The man was referencing the building. "Alex will take you, ask you a few questions." He pointed to the man besides him. "Uh, but first. We need to see everyone's weapons. If you could just lay them down in front of you." Gareth said carefully.

Rick looked to the group behind him and they gave him a slight nod. "All right." Everyone threw down their main weapons.

"I'm sure you understand."

"Yes I do." Rick replied harshly.

The Alex guy walked up to them. Starting with Daryl he began patting them down. "I'd hate to see the other guy." The man joked about Daryl's black eye.
