A new day had began and Adrianna was at the hilltop. She had left early morning, alone. Morgan watched her leave but he couldn't bring himself to go with. Adrianna wasn't surprised and continued on her way. When she pulled up to the hilltop they asked her if she could help with training and she agreed. She would be training some people to learn how to use and work bows. Whatever she could do to help ensure the win, she was going to do it.

As she carved extra arrows, just the way Daryl taught her, a loud horn made her jump. "The saviors are coming!" A guard from the wall yelled out. "The saviors are coming!" He repeated. Adriannas heart skipped a beat and the community began scrambling around. Enid ran over to the woman with a worried expression. "We have to get Maggie." She called out. Adrianna grabbed her knife and ran after the young girl. The found Maggie quickly and Enid dragged them over to a cellar. "Just stay down there." Her eyes fell on to the incoming trucks fulls of saviors.
"I'll keep they away, they aren't the same ones from Alexandria." Adrianna nodded and closed the cellar door behind her and Maggie.

They shuffled into the dark room and shifted behind a shelf. The sound of a man dismissing Enid made their blood run cold. Adrianna quickly pushed Maggie into a corner and pulled a shelf in front of them. Their bodies could barely be seen and their breaths fell silent as the door opened. A man lingered into the room and began looking through the crates. He picked one up that was close to the woman and Adrianna raised her knife while pushing Maggie further behind her. The man turned his back and Adrianna shifted forward. Her grip tightened on the knife and as she went to take a strip out, Maggie pulled her back. She tensed under the woman's hold and they waited patiently for the man to exit.

Once the door was shut behind him, they quickly rushed out of the corner and Adrianna peered through the cellar doors cracks. She watched as the man walked away and she could feel her heart rate return to normal.

"You were gonna kill that man." Maggie spoke up from behind her. Adrianna kept her gaze on the outside for any more incoming danger. "He was gonna find us." Adrianna answered. Maggie shook her head even though the woman wasn't looking. "He wasn't, he didn't." She replied. "He deserved to die." Adrianna added sharply. Maggie fell silent for a moment. "Ever since you got here, you've barely said one word to me. Would you look at me?" Adrianna was silent and kept her gaze on the cellar door. "Please?" Maggie pleaded and Adrianna felt tears fill her eyes. "Adrianna." She urged. Adrianna slowly turned to look at Maggie. When their eyes met she felt the tears just pour out. "I'm sorry." She choked out through the tears. Maggie's expression dropped.
"It wasn't your fault." Adrianna shook her head at Maggie's dismissal. "It wasn't. You're one of the good things in the world, that's what Glenn thought. And he would know cause he was one of the good things too." A laugh broke through her lips as she took a shaky deep breath in. She took a step forward and pulled Adrianna into a hug. "I wanted to kill that guy too. I wanted to string them all up and watch them die. But we have to win." Maggie pulled away and made Adrianna meet her eye. "Help me win." She urged. Adrianna nodded and they both pulled each other back into a tight hug as they waiting for the saviors to leave.

After the saviors had left, everyone was present besides, Sasha and Rosita. They had been there before the saviors showed up and when the alarms went off they weren't seen again. Adrianna was the first to bring it up to Jesus. When they hadn't returned by the time a new day had started they began to panic. Jesus explained how the pair wanted to kill Negan. That's where they had to have gone and something must've gone wrong. Jesus walkied Alexandria and warned them of the problem. The group came to the hilltop so they could fully talk about what happened and how to go forward.

During their conversation, Tara spoke up. "This group." Everyone's gaze turned to her and urged her to continue. "They have guns, a lot of them, I seen them." She said hesitantly.
