They had been walking for about two days now. Mostly the group stayed hidden in the trees instead of taking the roads. Everyone was getting tired, the heat was smoldering over them all day and the trauma of Terminus still hung high in the air. After a few hours of walking, the group finally came to a stop. The night air cooled slightly and they set up a fire to cook some meat Adrianna and Daryl hunted.

Sitting farther away from the group, Adrianna and Daryl sat hand in hand as they enjoyed their break from the world.

At one point, Carol came over to sit besides them. The look in her eyes told them everything they needed to know. "I don't want to talk about it. I can't." She whispered to the couple in front of her.
She looked away from them. "I just need to forget it."
The first night Daryl had found Adrianna, he told her about what Carol had done. She was shocked to say the least, but she understood why she killed Karen and David. They were a threat.

The couple nodded in agreement. "All right." Daryl whispered. Adrianna reached over to rub Carols shoulder.

Snap

Their heads turned to the sound immediately.

Adrianna and Daryl raised their crossbows and stood up, the feeling of someone or something could be felt lingering in the trees. He motioned for her and Carol to stay behind him.

They waited for a good minute as they tried to hear or see the cause of the feeling. Nothing moved or sounded out again. "It's nothing." Daryl lowered his crossbows and turned back to the women.

Adrianna's eyes caught his and no words needed to be spoken.

They both felt it.

Something was there and that something was watching them.

Adrianna and Daryl came out the trees and were met with everyone raising their weapons."We surrender."
Daryl joked holding up a bunch of squirrels they had just caught. The group lowered their weapons and kept walking. Daryl and Adrianna caught up to Rick who led in the front.

"No tracks. No nothing." Adrianna whispered.

Rick looked back to them confused. "So whatever you guys heard last night..."

"It's more what we felt." Daryl grumbled. "But if someone was watching us, there would've been something." He pointed out.

Rick nodded at the couple's attempt. He turned to the rest of the group and let out a whistle."Stay close." He ordered.

Adrianna walked in the front with Daryl, the rest of the group following behind. "How is that possible?" She took a glance behind her to make sure no one could hear her concerns. "There wasn't a single track in sight." She whispered.

"I don't know, but something was there." His nervous eyes caught hers. "Just stay close to me, don't go out of my sight." He whispered back.

Before their conversation could continue a scream sounded out form somewhere in the trees. "Help!" Everyone stopped and froze."Help! Anybody! Help!" The crying voice pleaded out from a far.

"Dad, come on." Carl tugged on a hesitant Ricks jacket. "Come on." He urged. Rick nodded and motioned for the group to go find the voice.

The group ran quickly through the trees, branches snapped under their thudding footsteps with each step they took. Coming into a small clearing, a large rock sat on the ground with a few walkers at the bottom, on top sat a nervous and almost crying man dressed as a priest.

Rick stepped forward and stabbed a walker, Carol and Abraham followed as they grabbed a hold of two oblivious, rotten walkers and stabbed them. The last two walkers turned towards the group, the grunts around them had caught their attention. In a blink of an eye, two bolts went flying into the walkers heads and they both fell with a thud.
