"They seemed nice enough, but I was ready to go. We just got here, but damn, it was time to go. When I told them about DC, a wink and a nod from the head asshole in charge and they pulled their guns." The new friend named Abraham explained. "It was right back to our regularly scheduled shit storm."
"Before they put you in here, you didn't see Tyreese?" Sasha asked.
"No."
"Good."
Rick was working on breaking off a piece of wood from the train car while everyone else tried their best to create a weapons out of what they had. Adrianna flipped and twisted the knife she had hidden in her boot, the only thing on her mind was surviving.
The conversation had died down a bit before Maggie asked about Beth.
"Black car with a white cross printed on it, I tried to follow it. I tried." Daryl told her the story and everyone could feel that he blamed himself.
"But she's alive?"
"She's alive." Daryl confirmed. He looked back to the crack in the train car door. "All right, got four of them pricks coming our way."
Everyone stood up and got into a ready position.
"Y'all know what to do." Rick reminded. "Go for their eyes first, then their throats." He instructed.
Adrianna stepped closer to Daryl and she held her knife out in front of her. The sound of footsteps and radio chattering above them startled the group.
"Put your backs to the walls on either side of the car now!" A voice demanded from outside. The group looked to each other confused. A loud thud sounded from above them and a hatch opened. The sunlight beamed in and something dropped into the car.
"Move!" Abraham yelled.
Everyone jumped away from the smoke bomb that had been thrown in. The main door opened up and people came rushing in. With the smoke too heavy, it was difficult for the group to fight back. Adrianna's eyes felt heavy as more of the thick smoke entered her lungs. She knew it was only a matter of time before she passed out. Quickly, she tucked the knife back into her boot as she could hear the grunts of struggle around her. A heavy hand gripped her arm out of nowhere and started to pull her out. Using the last bit of strength Adrianna had, she punched the figure holding on to her.
She was thrown on to the ground outside, her lungs begged for more of the fresh air. The man who grabbed her threw his gas mask off and grabbed his bloodied nose. With a quick move, he punched her and knocked her out.
Adrianna's eyes fluttered open slightly, her tied up legs dragged harshly on the ground beneath her. Trying to observe her surroundings, her heart dropped at the sight. She was sure that she hit her head to hard or that she was going crazy. The figure of a body laid out on the table was being chopped up and skinned by another human. The arms that were holding her, dragged her quicker when they noticed her start to struggle at the sight.
The door in front of them lead them to a bigger warehouse room, a metal tub with a drain sat in the middle of the room. Three nervous and fidgety men were already sat and tied up with their heads hanging over the tub. With a harsh throw, she landed on her knees beside them. Daryl, Rick, Glenn, and Bob were dragged and placed next to her. Her nervous eyes met Daryl's as the men behind them started to particle swinging their bats and cutting.
They knew what was coming.
"All right." Someone muttered from behind her. She turned her gaze to the man at the beginning of the tub. His body shook in fear and he tried to cry out through the gag in his mouth. In a blink of an eye, the man with a bat swung. The man on his knees slumped over as another one came up behind him and slit his throat. The red blood started to flow down the side of the tub and fall into the drain in front of them. Everyone could feel their breaths hitch. No one wanted to die like this.
