"No." Cale instantly replied.

"W- what? Why?!" Andrea was taken aback, panicked. "Our academy offers the best—" She was cut off.

"I know, but still no." Cale ignored her, turning his back against them. 'You forced kids to fight against each other and now you're telling me to join you?' He walked off into the distance.

"..." Andrea clenched her fists and jaw. 'How dare you reject my offer! I'll show you what it means to decline us!'

"No thank you."

"What...?"

Andrea had visited the other students who participated in the event. Unfortunately, for her, they all declined her offer. "Forget it." She turned to the other professor next to her. "None of them are worth our academy's standards. Kill them all." Her gaze changed...

The male professor nodded silently.

"Andrea."

Andrea turned towards the voice. "Ah, Gahin..." Her voice sounded nervous. 'Shit! If he tells his grandfather about this, we're done for!'

"What happened? I heard our academy lost." Gahin seemed very upset. "What about Asher and Duke?"

"...Asher's turn was considered and tie.. while Duke lost..." Andrea clenched her fists, head low. "This.. is because this country's information was incorrect!" She tried averting consequences. "If we have been given the correct information, we would've won!"

"Don't make excuses." Gahin shushed her. "I know how strong Asher and Duke are. It's the professors' fault for not preparing the students enough."

"And, find information about a red-head with fox ears and a tail."

The two professors looked up, both shocked at the sudden request.

"You heard me." Gahin glared at them.

"Y- yes!" Andrea scrambled.

Gahin went out, for a walk with his panther. 'Fuck. What will I tell grandfather...? Our Luterain family should be the ones to lead the academy, but with this incident... Cats...?'

Four cats, walking without their owner.

'Whose cats are those?' Gahin grew a bit upset-mad. 'How great, just my luck- wait— a red cat...?' His eyes widened as he saw one of the cats in the middle.

A dull-red furred cat with a few parts that faded into white. Yellow honey-like eyes.

'It looks a lot like that guy... is it him?! As a cat?! Does that really mean he's an awakened cat!?' A grin grew across Gahin's face. 'I must have him!'

Eruhaben turned around. He suddenly had a bad feeling about something. His gaze met at a boy's. 'Why is he staring at us like that?' Eruhaben frowned.

Gahin came closer to the cats.

Eruhaben stood on guard, standing in front of the three children.

'Get out of my way!' Gahin glared at the light-yellow cat, using his animal control ability.

Eruhaben glared back at him, unaffected.

Gahin's eyes widened. 'Why aren't my powers working on him?!' He stepped back, surprised. 'This can't be, on a mere cat?!'

"What's wrong?" Cale suddenly came from nowhere. He knelt down, picking up the three smaller cats.

"Meow!"
