"Good morning, principal!" Jiwoo was called back by Seongik. "What did you want to say to me?"
"Ah. Is Cale not coming today?" Seongik asked.
"No.. he's busy right now."
"Have you thought about my offer?" Seongik asked again, still hell-bent on it.
"Ah!..." Jiwoo sweated nervously.
Seongik sighed. "It seems you don't understand." He started. "Disciples and students aren't the same."
"What do you mean?" Jiwoo walked alongside him.
Seongik stopped walking. "There is a limit to what a teacher at an academy can teach you, but if you become their disciple, you become parents and children, who can teach you their personal skills." He looked over the railing, into the clear, reflective, still water
Jiwoo looked at him.
Seongik looked back at him. "It's not easy to trust people with something like your force control. You never know when you'll get betrayed or backstabbed by them."
Jiwoo's eyes widened. "Thank you!" He suddenly shouted out loud.
"Huh...?" Seongik was confused.
"Thanks to you, I realized how kind the person who taught me is!" Jiwoo wore a large and bright smile.
Seongik's eyes widened, then it returned to normal. He smiled. "I envy your mentor."
"Huh?" Jiwoo tilted his head, confused.
"You're a good kid." Seongik continued walking.
Jiwoo caught up to him. "Ah, I also have something to say."
"What is it?"
"I'll be leaving the academy for a week."
Seongik sighed. "That's a good idea."
"Hm?" Jiwoo didn't understand.
'Guess I was worried for nothing.' Cale walked away, coming out from behind a tree in the distance with Kayden and Kartein.
"How have you been!" Jiwoo entered his house, opening his arms wide to embrace the little kitties that ran towards him.
They finally returned home after a long time.
Then he noticed the four cats standing still in a line, as if waiting for someone else.
"That cat looks similar to Cale in his cat form." Jiwoo thought.
The cat he was talking about flinched.
"What are you talking about?" Kayden asked, appearing behind him.
"What's wrong? Why are you blocking the entrance?" Cale asked, walking around him.
"Those cats are—"
Jiwoo stopped talking when those three of the four cats pounced onto Cale, purring, hugging, tugging, as if he were their precious owner.
"What the.." Cale was confused.
"Nya~ nya~"
The grey cat and dull red cat tried getting his attention.
Cale furrowed his brows. 'Why do they remind me of someone...?' He was talking about the four cats.
"Meow!" Said the black cat.
The pale yellow cat seemed the most calm.
"Huh. What's wrong with them?" Jiwoo asked, putting the other cats down.
