The Tuesday after, March 17th, in the afternoon, I found myself packing all my things, to go to Niall's place for the lockdown.

I feel that excitement in my heart about literally living with him for some time. However, at the same time, the world around us has felt so weird this past week, since the lockdown announcement happened.

The league has already been postponed, to who knows when. There were no matches last weekend, and it has already felt like such a usual part of my weekends, during my whole life, was suddenly gone. As a fan, and now as my job as well.

The environment at the offices and streets has also been different. Strange. We all knew it was our last days of living normally, going to work normally, and none of us know when that normality will come back. But still barely anyone has been talking about it.

Before going home today, after my work schedule ended, I took a walk around Everton's headquarters, while everyone was leaving and after they left, taking in every single thing in what has been my workplace for the last eight months.

It made me realize there are many places and details I hadn't noticed until today. I got that sad feeling inside me when I walked around the place, and saw it empty, with the lights off. I, for the first time, was the very last person to leave. I was the one that locked the main doors one last time, until who knows when.

I even took pictures of some of the places I was so used to seeing full of people every day, that, at that moment, were empty and without lights on.

The nostalgic part of me is going to miss this place so much, as well as my apartment. Even if it's just for two weeks.

I'm not leaving forever. That's what I keep reminding myself of, to not feel as bad.

I thought back to all of that while I packed, feeling a pang of sadness, but comforting myself with the thought of spending all my time with Niall during these days.

Niall came over to my place some time later, and helped me finish packing, which I appreciated.

"Ready?" He asked once we were done.

"I think so, yeah. I'll check one last time that I'm not leaving anything important." I said.

"Okay." He smiled, knowing I've done that for like three times now, but still waited for me at the apartment's entrance.

"It's all good." I said when I headed to the entrance as well some seconds later.

"Great. Let's get going then, should we?" He said while he grabbed my suitcase and bags.

"Let me carry something." I told him.

"Shh, sweetheart, you just close the door, I'm all good." He chuckled.

I rolled my eyes ironically at his insistence and locked the door.

We got in the elevator and then headed to his car, which was parked a few meters away from the building.
