Shivangi's POV

If there was one word to describe the past week, it was chaos.

From malls to jewelry stores, boutiques to invitation printing shops-every single day had been a full-fledged war zone.

"Vani di, not this lehenga! It weighs more than me!"

"Shanaya, put that necklace back! It's looking like my relatives- a snake!"

"Adi, STOP flirting with the salesgirl and focus!"

Rocky, on the other hand, was dealing with his own crisis.

"Mihir, how many sherwanis do I need?!"

"Bro, it's your wedding. Again. You need options!"

"Why are you making me try pink?!"

"Real men wear pink!"

After what felt like a thousand foot massacres in designer showrooms, a hundred catfights over fabric shades, and an infinite number of Rocky's dramatic sighs-everything was finally done.

And now, the real challenge began-packing for Udaipur.

The entire house looked like a luggage explosion.

"WHOSE DUPATTA IS THIS?!"

"JENNY, STOP STEALING MY PERFUME!"

"WHERE THE HELL IS MY SUITCASE?!"

Rocky sat on the bed, watching me struggle to close my suitcase, amusement written all over his face.

"Need help?" he asked, smirking.

I shot him a glare. "No, I need more space."

He chuckled and walked over, pushing the suitcase down as I zipped it. Mission successful.

Just then, my phone buzzed. It was Mom.

"Beta, we're almost ready! Just packing Dad's medicines," she said.

A warm feeling spread in my chest. At first, I had assumed Rocky wouldn't allow them at our wedding. And honestly, I didn't even blame him., but to my surprise, he was the one who asked me to invite them. He had even spoken to the doctor himself to make sure it was safe.

When I had confronted him about it, he had simply shrugged.

"They're your parents. Of course, they should be there."

And just like that, my heart had melted for the hundredth time.

I looked at him now, still packing his own stuff, completely unaware of the love overdose I was feeling.

Shaking my head with a smile, I walked over and wrapped my arms around him from behind.

He stiffened slightly before turning his head to me. "What's this for?"

I buried my face in his shoulder. "Just felt like it."

He chuckled softly, placing a hand over mine. "If this is how you thank me, I should do more nice things."

I smirked. "Maybe you should."

A knock on the door interrupted the moment.

"Oi, lovebirds! Stop romancing and come downstairs. It's time to leave for Udaipur!"

Rocky groaned. "And here we go again. I Hate them I swear."

I laughed, grabbing his hand. "Let's go, Mr. Groom."
